Large apartment, very good area, close to the sea and the center. It is easily reached from the airport by the C6 bus. It was an acceptable temperature with air conditioning heating for the temperature in February, if you dress a little thicker. Friendly owner and always ready to help you.

The apartment is very spacious and perfectly located with a supermarket directly across the street and walking distance to everything nice! The host is very helpful and responds very quickly.

Close to the airport bus stop and to the center. Very big apartment lovely if you go with family and friends. You have a supermarket infront and a farmacy at the corner. Owner is also lovely and gives you great advice of the area.

The location is great. Easy to go by foot to the beach or to the old town. There is also a supermarket across an apartment. The street was peaceful and there wasn't much traffic so nights were silence. The apartment was clean and kitchen was well enough equipment. Two bath rooms were practical travelling with kids. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. Extra plus were sunshades to pick with to the beach.

There were only two air conditioners in the apartment. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Two bedrooms had refrigeration machines which use icecubes to cool the air. Therefore it was hard to get a good night sleep during hot nights.

A great apartment, very spacious (3bedrooms) and very clean. The location is amazing, central, very close to the beach and all the interest points. I loved it and would return. The owner is very friendly and nice and kept in touch through whatsapp the whole time.

We stayed for 12 days at the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and also had a washing machine which was very handy as we have children. All the furniture was in good condition and there was wifi available in all the rooms. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has the added benefit of two bathrooms. Location-wise, everything is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) and there are lots of transport options nearby e.g. buses, trams and taxis, if you want to travel further. Moreover there are plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket literally across the road. The host Beatriz was very kind and helpful, constantly in touch and always willing to help with any queries. We enjoyed our stay and didn't have any major issues while in Alicante. We would highly recommend this apartment, especially those travelling with children

A very spacious apartment for a family of four. A very responsive and helpful host (although we did not meet in person). A lot of useful things for guests, like two parasols, all necessary utensils for cooking, a normal-sized refrigerator, an oven, a lot of dishes etc. A very small balcony is available. The street is very well-lit, safe surroundings, a quiet place. A small supermarket is just across the street, an Italian pizzeria on the ground floor - just great for last minute shopping or feeding the family. There is an elevator in the property which was always quickly available.

The check-in was a bit complicated, we requested early check in (4 pm instead of 5 pm) which was granted here on booking.com but we did not get into the apartment until 5:30 pm and we did not understand what was happening, the apartment was still being cleaned apparently. Some furniture is rather dated. Air conditioning only in the living room and the bedroom with two separate beds (for kids), the master bedroom and the third bedroom have portable air conditioners which did not help much. The master bed is short and uncomfortable for taller people.

Great location, really comfortable flat, very helpful owners, fully equipped kitchen, nice little balcony, supermarket and good pizzeria 5 meters from the flat. Great flat for remote work, for friends and families - all guests will be 100% satisfied :)!

~wifi was not working in the last room, but the owners came and tried to help fixing it, so it was not a big issue

Excellent location within walking distance of public transport. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Apartment very clean with all the things you need. The owners are very friendly and allowed us to leave our cases till 6pm (late flight home) and took us to the airport.
