This home is perfect for a family vacation on LBI. It's very clean, the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with cooking equipment, and the beds were comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The location is ideal for a family as it's in a quiet residential area just a short bike ride away from central Beach Haven. I would be happy to stay here again & highly recommend!

Me and several friends stayed at this property for a short getaway to the beach. The house is clean, spacious, and has lovely accommodations for guests (like instructional booklets in each room, an email with a list of good places to eat from the owner, etc;). The house is in view of the beach and near a ton of restaurants and ice cream shops. We will absolutely be looking into going back!

I was fortunate to find this property! The house was perfect for our family getaway! It had everything in it that you could possibly need! Super comfortable and close to the beach! I couldn’t believe all the chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards etc it had for you to use! I will definitely rent this house again! Thank you Angel for making the rental process super easy! 🤗

The west absolutely horrible when we were there, winds over 50 mph and torrential rains! We made the best of it! House is beautiful, very organized and very comfortable. Highly recommend, although I would love to come next time in the summer time to take full advantage of what LBI has to offer

A great place for our family to stay
This was a great family vacation home with enough room for our family as well as fully equipped for cooking and relaxing. Beach gear was provided, and we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the future!

BEAUTIFUL GETAWAY.
This beautiful home is situated in a wonderful part of Beach Haven. Close to the beach and bay. Quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes away from fantasy island and bay village and all attractions. Owner so nice to deal with. Overall a great week with family and friends. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed our week long stay at LBHM! House was extremely clean upon arrival and modern in decor. Fully stocked (and more) kitchen & everything was labeled to keep things organized. The 2 balconies were great, along with the yard. We utilized the high end grill to cook several dinners. Since the weather wasn’t great, having the ping pong table kept us entertained. Great location - sub shop and ice cream parlor within 2 blocks & easy walk to the beach. Angel was a fantastic host from the booking process to checkout - we hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Family Getaway
Our stay was just perfect. House is beautifuly decorated and very organized, loved how everything was labeled so you’re not trying to figure out where something went back or what light is which. Just a few houses from the beach which was perfect with 2 little ones. They also enjoyed how close fantasy island was! Loved the keypad lock on front door so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key. Very easy to work with Angel the owner and response time was almost immediate. Thanks for a great family vacation everyone really enjoyed your lovely home!

Dirty. Close to beach.
We had to clean ALL the blankets and mattress covers when we arrived because they were filthy. Owner admitted they are only cleaned 4x a year - not after every stay. Not sanitary or acceptable. Bathrooms and common areas were also dirty. Carpet stained and smelled like wet dog. Didn’t expect to clean someone else’s house during my vacation. Owner was defensive and aggressively interrupting our time with questions about the cleanliness - though we weren’t asking her for anything/ just letting her know (with pictures). Her “solution” was to have us gone from the rental for hours so the cleaning crew could come back. We didn’t take her up on this “offer” as we had already lost time cleaning before we could even settle in.
Yes, house close to beach. But beach equipment was not in good order (rusty umbrella), or inaccessible (chairs full of spiders).
Rooms are VERY small. Two rooms are big enough for couples, but the other two are really only kids bedrooms.
Fireplace NOT working until fall. Which should have been noted in listing. We were cold even after she turned on the heat. Would have been nice to use the fireplace for cold stormy evening.
In sum, location great. House could have been good if it was clean. Host replies about condition were defensive rather than trying to make us happy after such an awful beginning.

Wonderful family vacation!!!
Everything about the trip was amazing! The house was clean and beautiful with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We really felt as if we were home for the week. I only wish we could have stayed another week! It was a short walk to the beach, and with 2 kids that was a bonus. They had all the beach equipment you need which saved us from bringing our own. We had a fantastic time and can’t say enough about this rental. We’re already looking forward to next year! Thank you again for everything!

Wonderful home for a family vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Beach House Montreuil in Beach Haven. ANGEL's home was tastefully decorated, and wonderfully equipped with kitchen cookware (two coffee pots) and an extra refrigerator in the garage, as well just about anything you would like in a kitchen. Angel equipped her home with books, games, televisions, and Wi-fi. Our family enjoyed The two balconies and The lovely backyard. The house was convenient to the ocean and bay. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the busier commercial center of Beach Haven. Angel was very responsive and helpful making this a wonderful vacation. We hope we can arrange a time to come back next year. The Johnson and McCormick families.

This house has everything you could need and is incredibly organized. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions you have. It’s also a great location with a quick walk to the beach and the bay. It’s great for families and had a high chair, booster seat, beach toys and umbrellas, and also a play ground a short block away. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed a great long weekend at this Beach Haven gem - big open family room/dining room/kitchen with enough seating for everyone to lounge making our rainy weekend time together special! Gorgeous beach a short walking distance away. Angel, the owner, was amazing to work with and offered lots of information and recommendations for the area! September is perfection on LBI and staying at Le Beach House Montreuil for our girls weekend was the icing on the cake. The home is so beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for preparing any meal. The beautiful decor is perfect for a beach home; the owners clearly paid attention to every detail when decorating. Having the 4 bedrooms was so nice to fit our group comfortably so everyone had a place to sleep. We spent time on both decks and enjoyed the beautiful ocean breeze coming through the home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone with a group or family needing more than 3 bedrooms.

Nice warm home with plenty of room.
This was the first of many to come annual family outings. Grandpa, me, and my fiancée, Son and wife, Daughter and wife and grand daughter all had a wonderful time. Although it rained all weekend it was almost a good thing because it gave all of us time to bond. Everybody is already looking forward to next year in the same house!

We couldn’t of asked for a more comfortable house for party of 8. Angel the owner was fantastic. Always available and so cordial. The house itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was tastefully decorated. Easy sleeping arrangements. The beds could be converted from twin to king. Great options and amenities.
Location close to everything. Beach short walk as well as the bay. There is a cute little park 2 blocks away too! Would highly recommend this property.
