Location in centre of town and close to bus and train. Spacious room, comfortable bed. I was able to leave bags while I spent the day in town.

There was a boiler loudly rumbling at 30m intervals throughout the night right behind my bed. Also the windows didn't properly close.

Loved it . Rooms very clean. Staff and landlord were both very friendly. beer excellent and do we’re the prices. Rights in the centre of Totnes. Great place to stay . Breakfast very good price and was excellent . I would recommend this place .

Really friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed and great value for money. I could not fault anything about the accommodation itself.

Totnes is very pretentious and expensive. Not really a place worth visiting for most.

The staff were super lovely from check in to leaving. The rooms was spotless and they were very accommodating. We stayed in the bar for the evening to watch a band which just rounded off the stay beautifully.

There was no parking no breakfast, not enough towels. Cold on the first night but they did supply a extra quilt ( without a cover) bed side lamps couldn’t be used without reaching down behind the bed. We were refused a drink in the bar on arrival even though there was still people drinking in the bar. The tv was pixilated so not able to watch it.

Location super great in the centre of town. And free parking easily available on the street (free after 6pm and on Sundays). The staff downstairs in the pub were super friendly and easy check in and check out.

It’s above a pub - so you get what you know you’re going to get. They have live music on Saturday nights - but they do close it down before 11pm and the pub seems to empty quickly after that. Weird damp smell in the bathroom. But clean and not bad enough to really put you off. Just a bit expensive for what it is. But it served a purpose for myself and my mum so all good
