Beautiful terrace, interior is spacious, everything you need, description is accurate, only drawback are the stairs. Would definitely go back.

A estada no apartamento correu muito bem. Mantém as boas condições que já conhecíamos do ano passado. A existência de ar condicionado é uma boa ajuda para os dias mais quentes. Por outro lado, como o apartamento tem um bom arejamento natural é possível manter o espaço mais arrefecido durante as noites. A existência de um terraço é também um apecto muito positivo.

A casa tem um óptimo espaço, está totalmente equipada e, por isso, permite ter umas férias relaxantes. As única coisa que faltou foi uma toalha para a mesa do terraço e, também, um avental de cozinha. Os proprietários estiveram sempre disponíveis para qualquer esclarecimento. O bairro é calmo e tranquilo.

This is a stunning condominium. The pictures alone can't capture the Mediterranean feel of the property. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and watching the birds at dusk. All was provided with Ana and Jorge. They were very easy to contact as questions arose. Mrs. Fatima cheerfully greeted us making us feel at home at once. Due to the unusual circumstances of the pandemic our plans changed only slightly here in Tavira. The owners checked on our well being so we did not feel isolated. Tavira is a quaint seaside town and of course we would have experienced more in more regular times. Thank you. We found the people both Portugese and foreigners in the area very positive and helpful as well. We are healthy and glad to have had the visit.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment and it won’t be the last. Communication from Jorge and Ana was great from enquiring about booking to our return home. Due to an early arrival they arranged early entry to apartment which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you require for your stay. Satalite TV and great WiFi . Large Terrace with dining table and sun loungers leading to a Roof terrace for all day sun and fabulous views in the evening. Just a Short stroll to restaurants and bars. Train station and bus stop to Tavira/ Faro about 10 minute walk. Can not recommend this apartment enough.

Tout était parfait. Bel appartement, joli déco, et la terrasse splendide. Les hôtes sont bienveillants, ils sont aux petits soins. Il manque des transats à la piscine C'est dommage. Sinon rien à redire. Merci

We had excellent communication with the hosts Jorge and Ana throughout Spotlessy clean and comfortable and the terraces were such a bonus - we spent all our time outdoors as plenty of shade and eating areas when the afternoon sun got too much We would have stayed longer given the chance - the town, atmosphere, beach, food/restaurants/shops were amazing, our first time in portugal and we will definitely go back It is a very good base to explore the Algarve and there was on street parking which we managed to get every day straight outside our door - we popped over to a Spain which was less than 45 minutes ! Supermarkets nearby and plenty of options to eat out we were spoilt for choice n the town Many thanks for a wonderful stay Jorge & Ana

Location dans une copropriété bien entretenue. Piscine et son environnement très agréable. Appartement très bien équipé, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Belle déco, bonne connexion internet et bien situé vis à vis du centre ville.

Property provided everything you need for a fantastic stay. Dining terrace and private rooftop terrace a bonus. Apartment spotlessly clean. Jorge and Ana have thought of everything and a lovely welcome from Mrs Fatima on arrival. Jorge organised an early check in for us which was very much appreciated. Great communication from booking to day of arrival. I will have no hesitation booking this apartment again and would highly recommend.

Condições ótimas para umas férias temperadoras em família! Dá perfeitamente para ir a pé até à Ria, para depois apanhar o barco para a praia de Cabanas.

first class apartment nothing lacking from pots and pans etc to being met by mrs Fatima on arrival have stayed in many apartments in Cabanas and this is one of the best will return thank you for a great stay

We stayed two weeks in September in this wonderful flat. Everything was like it is described. Ana and Jorge gave us a perfect communication in advance. Kind Fatima organized the checkin and introduction and everybody of them was reachable in case of questions. The appartment is really well equipped, very clean, it´s a pleasure to stay in the patio with lies and hammock. Parking place just in front of the house and about 10 minutes walk to the boat transfer to cabanas island. We had a wonderfull time and really like to come back!

Localização excelente para umas férias calmas. Praias a perder de vista e, se andar um pouco pela areia, encontrar um local em que o "vizinho" está a mais de 20 metros. Apartamento muito bem equipado a todos os níveis. Para ter de facto tudo, só lhe falta uma máquina de café tipo Nespresso ou outra de cápsulas. Restaurantes, cafés e supermercados perto. We wanted a calm, peaceful, sunny and relaxed short break and this is exactly what we got with Jorge and Ana's lovely apartment. They were both very courteous and helpful in the lead-up to the holiday and during it, without being too hands-on. Fatima also provided a very friendly welcome. It is excellently located about a 5-10 minute walk from the seafront with all of its bars and restaurants and also the same distance to a well-stocked supermarket, and fully equipped with all the appliances/crockery etc that you would ever need. It's suitable for couples but would also be great for a small family. Perhaps as a small improvement, a bit more info could be provided on arrival (e.g. where to put the rubbish, perhaps some recommendations on the local area), and the bathroom sink could do with unblocking, but these are really tiny complaints. We hope to come back!

What a fantastic apartment, perfect location, less than 5 minutes from Cabanas water front and 15 minutes to the train station. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, well appointed & well equipped. Congratulations should go to Mrs Fatima for the superb cleanliness! The owners Jorge & Ana were most helpful & were quick to respond. We had an extremely comfortable & enjoyable stay, & would definitely recommend both the apartment & location to couples or families. Can't fault it!!
