Die Größe und die Lage der Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und liegt in einem Wohnviertel / Randbereich von Lüneburg (Innenstad 5,5 km entfernt).

Ungereinigte Wohnung bei Anreise vorgefunden. Nach zweimaliger telefonischer Nachfrage erschien ein Putzmann, der allerdings nochmal mit dem Rad losfuhr, um Bettwäsche und Handtücher für 5 Personen zu holen. Eine Rückmeldung durch die Verwalterin ist nicht erfolgt. Beziehung der Wohnung erst um 21.45 Uhr möglich gewesen. Die Schlafcoach im Wohnzimmer ist für Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Laut Angabe bei Booking wird in der Unterkunft ein kontinentales Frühstück serviert. Dieses ist nicht richtig, es kann nur eine Reservierung in der 5,5 km entfernen Innenstadt erfolgen.

The house was nice, warm and is fully equiped with everything you might need. Even some emergency stuff that was valuable, like sugar, salt, cereals...

I didn't expect It to be so far away from Lüneburg. I missed a map for orientation, indications of buses, supermarkets, restaurants..

Really lovley and cozy apartment. I was staying there for my upcoming study at Leuphana University. Since my shared flat was not ready from the beginning, I needed a place to stay. I loved too stay at the boarding house, I can recommend it too all of you, really cozy, clean and the contact was super smooth and friendly. If you need an superb place to stay, while visiting Lüneburg, for whatever reason, this is the place to go. Thanks!

When I arrived on the first at around 1230 AM, the door was locked and there was no one to open it for me. The pincode given to me in the ticket was also not working. So, the taxi driver helped me and called the apartment owner several times who at least responded on the forth call, and then gave me the new code to open the door. I am sure if the driver did not cooperate with me, I would have stayed all night outside the apartment. I have not seen any staff of the apartment during my stay to ask me if I need any support. However on the 6th night of my stay, the apartment owner came and asked me 47 euro for the cleaning, bed linen and towels which I had never to be the case at all, but I paid. The only good thing the apartment owner did to me was that he washed and cleaned my some shirts and pants for free with the condition that I will rate him 10 in the evaluation. There was another guest in the apartment who could speak only German but not English. He seemed to be supportive but could not help as we could not understand each other. Also, the apartment is quite far from the city center and it will be difficult and costly to those who want to come to the Luneburg city, leuphana university or the Luneburg train station.
