The property itself was great!

Make sure you take photos of all pillows and towels etc when you arrive and before you leave because you will be accused of stealing them! We were accused of stealing 2 pillows and charged for them! We explained that we moved two pillows from one room to another but were told they must go off what their cleaner says. We have no way of proving that we didn’t steal them and they have no way of proving that we did because we didn’t! So if you decide to stay here make sure you document everything! My 3 year old son had an accident (wee’d) on his bed so I cleaned the sheets and duna and hung them up to dry and was charged a laundry fee for doing so. The rules and regulations that come along with this property is one thing and we were happy to follow the rules to the letter! However to be accused of being a thief is something I won’t ever come back for and I will make sure to warn everyone I can. Perhaps they need to check the cleaners house because we don’t have the pillows! Extremely disappointed as we did enjoy our stay. The house is gorgeous but do not trust Premium Realty Bribie or the cleaning staff they employ. I suggest the owner of this amazing property list with another Realty company!

Very good river view . Very beautiful house and very quiet. So relaxing and peaceful place.

No hair dryer

we stayed for a wedding and the house was amazing for photos outside . Very clean, well presented

No hair dryer and the iron wasn’t the best for ironing wedding clothing

Great central location in a nice quiet area, set up was perfect for our weekend

Only one small issue , the electric garage door was dodgy, it would go up then go down in the same instance, it needs replacing

It was close to everything

It’s nothing really, but we did See couple of cockroaches on our first night getting across the kitchen bench, didn’t worry us, but thought use would like to know.

Location was awesome. Easy check-in and out. Bottle of bubbly on arrival.

Ensuite bathroom not as disability friendly as expected.

The booking agents made a huge mistake that ruined our holiday.
