It’s a beautiful place with a lot of space and huge garden. Many swimming pools and great food

The hotel transportation charge twice than local taxi, and the beds are not so comfortable. I ordered king size bed and got 2 single bed connected. Also the hotel is wide spread and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to my room.

The location was amazing and the property was really spacious.

The breakfast was disappointing and cleanliness and hygiene was a issue.

The serving staff was very good. The cleanliness of the garden side was good despite heavy rains.

Beware if your check out. Unreasonable prices added during check out. The check out staff especially the manager and head. They lied to me on 2 different occasions. Not accepting their own staff words. First said airport pick n drop is complimentary. Confirmed it when I reached and even the next day. Confirming it 2 times and then simply rejecting it during check out- charging to and fro rates for the pick up. Not even accepting that they made an error and pointing the fact that I may be making it up and why didn’t i get it in writing that it was complimentary. charged inr 5000 for pick up. The sofa of my room was literally broken. i complained and said give an extra bed instead. At checkout they said it wasn’t broken and simply slanted as an excuse to charge for an extra adult the price of an extra bed that was given because the sofa was broken. charged inr 5000 for extra bed.

Every thing from location to the hospitality of the staff. I travelled with my parents and the resort is beautifully located. The resort is well maintained. The staff at the restaurant were great and took care of every request of ours. The swimming pool was amazing.

Just some cosmetic things - the shampoo and body bath were difficult to open and use. Would definitely recommend hotel to improve that.

Everything was good from check-in process. The location, view, facilities was of top class. Would definitely recommend.
