no complaints except there wasn’t really hot water. more like warm to cool. maybe it was just cold out side and took a few to warm up.

The team couldn’t be better! we was whiten a 1st class welcome. room was exceptionally clean and smelt good. bed was super comfy. spacious room and great facilities. as it was the quiet season we was upgraded to a king for free

I like the room size and all the amenities in the room. Big bed, sofa bed, room divider curtain, fridge, utensils and plates. Breakfast choices and quality. Front desk staff at check out very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival we found someone subway sandwiches still left in the refrigerator. We didn’t change the room because we arrived late and tired but the thought of room that not thoroughly clean was bothering us.

first it’s to expensive for what it’s. they say breakfast included but it was horrible. they only had few bagels, waffles to make and beverages, not worth the price at all. last day, we always keep the no disturb at the door, check out was 12pm and by the time I was taking my staff to my car, the cleaning lady asked if I was checking out the room and I said yes but I was to remove the no disturbing paper at the door when I was done taking everything from the room. then the cleaning lady enter at the room at 11:30am, I was at the bathroom right next to the entry door, she nock and I screen many times don’t enter and I still had the no disturb paper at the door. besides I had my cat at the room with me and he got really scared. well, also there was few staff really not pleasant. but we’ll, what can I say; people have their bad and good days. the resume is, TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.

The complimentary breakfast is great value. There is a good laundromat on site which we used. The room was comfortable and the location was good.

The front desk staff we encountered were not overly accommodating or friendly. Felt like a bit of a burden whenever we asked a question or approached the desk.

Hotel quite new and amenities were good. Room was large and well equipped with kitchen facilities. Decor was lovely and bed was comfortable. In a location for visits to Skywalk and Hoover Dam.

It was near a road that was noisy. The pool was closed during our stay, which was unfortunate as it looked very inviting!

So nice to have a kitchenette with refrigerator in the room!

The shower would not get hot. I called the front desk, and they never fixed it, never communicated with me and when I asked for a discount they would not help me because I booked through your site.

The lack of being able to shower before I went to me event.

Really nice property, I would stay again.
