La habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal fue muy amable.

El desayuno no es variado. Todos los días sirven el mismo menú y no es balanceado. La piscina era demasiado fría.

Breakfast was a typical American hotel (paper/plastic plates, etc.). Better than average, but surely less than any Marriott in Europe. The bathroom was big and big enough. Food in the hotel is rubbish. Surely better to visit one of the steakhouses in the area.

There were a few problems with the room (missing towels, missing bedings, etc.), but most of them were corrected. If you buy a room for 5-person family (two twin-beds and one double-sofa) you get hearing impaired room. The A/C is way too noisy, we could not sleep! Terrible! That is the worst thing about the hotel! It was hard to get any infromation about Disney parks if we did not want to buy the tickets from the hotel. I was waiting for a check-out 15+ minutes just to learn that we do not need to check-out and just to give the keys. Finding a parking spot is possible, but not easy close to the entrance. BEWARE: There is another hotel with THE SAME NAME about 7 minutes drive away. A lot of guests arrive to the wrong hotel first.

Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Hotels für diese Preisklasse bieten. Es war sauber, die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Der angebotene „Shuttle Service“ ist sehr schlecht. Der Begriff Shuttle Service ist irreführend, da es sich lediglich um einen alten Bus handelt, der 1 Mal (Universal bzw. Sea World) bzw. 2 Mal (Disney Epcot) hin und abends wieder zurückfährt. Zu Disney World gibt es folgendes zu sagen: Der Bus fährt 2 Mal morgens hin. Der Bus hält noch an mehreren weiteren Hotels. Ein Sitzplatz ist also nicht garantiert. Zusätzlich wird die Fahrzeit verlängert. Der Bus hält NUR IN DISNEY EPCOT. Wer zu einem anderen Park möchte muss von dort mit einem Bus oder dem Monorail selbstständig weiterfahren. Die Rückfahrten sind zeitlich extrem unpraktisch angesetzt. Entweder man fährt früh zurück und verpasst das spektakuläre Feuerwerk oder man muss sehr lange auf den Bus warten und kommt dementsprechend spät und müde ins Hotel. Zur Erinnerung: es gibt nicht zwangsläufig genügend Sitzplätze und der Bus hält an anderen Hotels. Zu Universal Studios kann ich folgendes sagen: Man wird erst mit einem ersten Bus (Universal und SeaWorld) abgeholt, hält an weiteren Hotels an und muss dann in einen anderen Bus umsteigen, da dann zwischen den zwei Parks getrennt wird. D.h. Man muss wieder in einem vollen Bus stehen. Zur Rückfahrt kann ich keine Angaben machen, da ich selbstständig eine Fahrt organisiert habe.

Breakfast area was spacious and had a good selection. Pool is open until 11pm which is great if you had a long day out. Staff is very friendly and they accommodate to your needs with no issues. Location is very convenient since everything you need is close by.

The only small issue we had was in the room 433, it seems there’s a leak above the shower and mold is starting to appear.

Very clean comfortable breakfast was great. Location was good.

What I didn’t like was the day of the check out? So check out was supposed to be at 11 and the maids kept opening my door😳 at 9 and 10 o’clock in the morning. very weird and uncomfortable.
