Um óptimo lugar para ficar: limpo, organizado e muito bem localizado. Tem uma vista incrível sobre a cidade de Coimbra. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e tem muita variedade. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e ajudaram-nos a organizar um pequeno-almoço para levar antes da hora marcada. Recomendado!

Dawno nie byłem w tak dobrze prowadzonym hotelu. To willa zamieniona na niewielki butikowy hotel, gustownie urządzona (dekoracje, dzieła sztuki), z ogrodem i tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem, gdzie podawane jest śniadanie. Personel jest niezwykle ujmujący i uprzejmy (zwłaszcza p. Isabel) zna się na swojej pracy i ją lubi; dba o komfort gościa i o każdy szczegół (np. po zapytaniu przez aplikację o najbliższą pralnię, po powrocie do pokoju znalazłem wydrukowaną instrukcję z mapą - drobnostki, których rzadko można doświadczyć). Uważam, że stosunek jakości do ceny w tym przypadku jest wyjątkowo korzystny. Sam pokój bardzo komfortowy, wygodne łóżko i łazienka, sporo miejsca na wieszanie ubrań i bagaż. Obiekt położony bardzo blisko uniwersytetu, ogrodu botanicznego i centrum. Szczególnie polecam!

Do śniadania brakowało mi jakichkolwiek warzyw.

זה בית מלון בוטיק, בסגנון מקומי, אלגנטי, קטן ונחמד. אנשי הצוות צעירים מתלהבים לתת שירות כדי לענות לציפיות שלנו. בקומה עליונה (בקומה השניה) נמצא חדר אוכל וטרסה שמשקיפה לנוף מהמם מעל עיר קוימברה ומעל כל העמק. בשעות הערב חדר האוכל עם מטבח מצויד והטרסה ניתנים לשימוש תיירים המעוניינים לארגן לעצמם ארוחות ערב רומנטיות. מחירים סבירים גם במסעדות וגם בסופרמרקט

ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה (יחסית למה שמקובל באירופה) אבל לנו היו חסרים הירקות והחביתה. וגם לשים לב שיש לעלות מדרגות גם לפני הכניסה וגם בתוך הבניין ואין מעלית. כדי להעלות את המזוודות לחדר אפשרי לבקש העזרה של צוות האדיב.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was exceptionally comfortable. And the staff are all delightful, eager to ensure the stay is outstanding.

Location is perfect, walkable distance to the Botanical garden, Cathedral, and the University complex.

It was and some rooms still look like a dormitory but upstairs rooms are very nice. We had an issue with the room but they were able to find us a different one although it was previously stated to us that they were fully booked! There was no one there!

Roof top terrace with great views. Wonderful breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. Well decorated with great attention to detail. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and sites.

Our room - Room was very small and little space because of the configuration. Our room was next to lobby/entrance door so could hear all comings and goings. Old unused door allowed light and noise in from lobby. Don't pick this room.

Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was on the roof terrace and with the property being high up the views over the city were amazing. Room was large and shower was decent

We didn't have a bin in our room. I am sure this was an oversight and we were rushed so never asked for one.

unfortunately there was a large group of students staying the night and there were a bit loud, but this is something that can happen anywhere you book

Room was nice, comfy and clean. Breakfast was simple but nice, with a beautiful view to the city. The place is located really close to the Carmel monastery of St Teresa, the starting point of the Ruta Carmelita. It is also close to the city centre and restaurants.

Very friendly people, even made breakfast for us at 06:00 A.M, while regular breakfast is actually at 07:30 only. Explaining the neighbourhood, very friendly and helpfull, would recommend 100%. Beautiful rooms.

It is in a nice residential area with beautiful houses and great views of the city. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooftop breakfast is great. The miradouro nearby is also worth visiting for a small walk.

This is a like and dislike at the same time. We like the conversion of the old house for its charm, but for these types of houses soundproofing is not great so you will have some noise from the road and other rooms. If you’re a light sleeper like me, you can bring a pair of earplugs and you will be fine.

so let me start with location, location,location , walking distance almost from everything just perfect. Non paid parking spaces next to the hotel everything super clean, the staff were very pleasant and kind. the breakfast was more then enough for us and quality was good overall ( breakfast floor has an amazing view over the city). we even had an issue with the room on the first night because we had a storm passing through , but the staff offered us another room if needed. great experience

Located in a quiet residential area, outside of the center, the villa is beautifully decorated, room are large, comfortable, cosy. Breakfast is really nice on the top floor with an amazing view. Staff were very nice and available.

At the check in, they made a mix up in my booking, pretending I had booked different dates and they gave us a wrong room. But they rapidly discovered their mistake and put us in the right room with an apology. Not a big issue at all, but initial attitude at the reception could have been more flexible/humble.

Everything was perfect. The staff is so nice and helpful and everything is beautiful and clean. The breakfast is amazing and it's very well located.
