amazing view and pool. room amenities were new and comfortable, and great communication with hosts.

the road to the hotel is more of a dirt path, so it does take a bit time to get in/out of the hotel. we were used to it very quickly though.

Stunning views and beautiful facilities. Loved our patio and the pool. Room was lovely too! Staff was super nice and helpful.

It would be nice if they had a mini bar or snacks available for purchase. The property is far from stores and restaurants so it would have been nice to be able to purchase something easy and quick. Also we could hear everything in the room upstairs - it sounded like they were moving a bunch of furniture around. Other than that, it was perfect!!!

This was my second stay at this property and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The rooms and views are beautiful and always make me feel like I got a great bargain. If you like privacy this place is perfect as each room has an amazing balcony to hang out on and 8 times out of 10 you have the pool area to yourself. The staff is very helpful and attentive as well. We didn’t need housekeeping in the room during our stay, but if we left the trash outside it would be emptied quickly. I hope to make Todos Santos a yearly trip and will be staying at Villas La Mar each time.

If you have any mobility issues this might not be the place for you. Lots of steep stairs to access the rooms and pool area. Wasn’t an issue for us at all though!

My husband and I loved this place. We could lie in bed and see both the estuary and the ocean at the same time. Watching birds and listening to the surf was amazing. There are 2 queen beds, not just one.

Be prepared to drive a bumpy dirt road out to the property. Just do it.

The water distance was a bit much. Having to replenish daily was something not use to being from the states. The room was underneath guard station so you'd hear everything happening. Additional is was right above construction so it was noisey at times. Had a guess and their child in our area looking through our windows.
