Everything was great. The apartment is quiet, clean, well-equipped, nice decoration. Bed is comfortable.

I missed something to clean the ice in the front steps.

3 nights staying. Fully equipped apartment, excellent location in the middle of the village of Svolvaer, perfect to use as a base camp on our visit to the Lofoten Islands. Gas station and supermarkets (7-23h) very close to the flat. Everything (check-in, wifi...) was easy, fluid and very well explained, despite arriving very late in the evening the first day, under heavy snow, and not dealing directly with the host at any time. Absolutely recommended for 2-4 people.

The facilities were excellent, but with some items not working properly (toilet cistern, lamps), although I'm sure they will fix them in the next future. Very soft bed, but that's up to each person...

Room was modern and clean. Bed and shower were good. The host gave us a clear picture via message to checkin the room easily

it was roomy, had full kitchen conveniences, was conveniently located, the instructions provided were thorough and organized and had helpful hints on the refrigerator. we enjoyed the stay.

The apartment is cozy. It had everything you needed (including for cooking) and it has a lot of nice details, like olive oil so that one could cook, and also a chrome cast.

The apartment street is not the nicest and it is not in the main part of town. Also it does not have a lot of natural light and the living room lights were not working well

Good cozy apartment in the heart of Svolvaer. Supermarkets availbale nearby. Stayed with my family of four quite comfortably. Rented a car and they had a space to park it, which made things easier. Host is very responsive to queries. Highly recommended

Excellent clean apartment in quiet street, short walk to main square. Well equipped kitchen. Good communication with owner re key collection.

It is located closer to the Fløya trail. We can park our car and go hiking. Small extra service is appreciated.

The appartement was clean, nice and spacious. There was everything you could possibly need like pans, plates, glasses, oil, coffee maker, sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo, Couch, TV, WiFi, parking space, outdoor seating area... We were quite satisfied about the place. Note that there is self checking, but that was not difficult and the neighbor was really helpful.

The location was very close to center of town. It was very clean. The aparment was well equipped with all that we needed, like our own home. We were able to even do a load of laundry.

- The apartment was very clean. - There was everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. - There was coffee and a few other things for free.

- According to the mail, the check-in should be at 3:00 p.m., but when we arrived an hour and a half later, the key wasn't there and the room wasn't ready. The owner was with several people in the booked apartment and then came out to tell us that we should come back later. We would have understood if she had explained to us what the problem is, but she just lit a cigarette and smoked without another word. We couldn't check in until almost two hours after the agreed time and didn't even get an apology. - The bed is extremely saggy. - The couch had several cigarette burn holes and various stains - At night and early in the morning you can hear every step of the owners from above.
