The hotel is spotless, well located in PortoPalo, within easy walking distance of the restaurants, sea front and everything else that you might need. The staff were very courteous and polite, and communicated well. The breakfast is the best continental breakfast I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty. We also booked the spa and a massage, and that service was perfect. Thank you:)

Wonderful hotel with a lovely staff. Any time we needed anything, all of our questions were answered and they were so accommodating of all needs and every request. The rooms are unique and spacious, comfortable and most importantly spotless! The decor was quirky and full of personality. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Breakfast was generous and filled with a variety of choices for everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy and clean place to stay in the area.

The staff was really nice and helpful, I love that its a family owned business they were able to accommodate all our needs. We weren't able to use the spa which we would have loved because we traveled with our two young boys, however they were able to book us a couples massage in our room while our kids were upstairs. It was still very enjoyable.

It was off season so not a lot open. There isn't a designated parking area.

The design of the hotel is very stylish and comfortable, into every detail, that's how you feel at home. The hotel team is extremely friendly, especially Gianni, Daniela and their sons, you feel having a holiday with a big family. We had a good time! Will be happy to be back again.
