Gostei de TUDO! As instalações do hotel são novas e muito bonitas, limpeza impecável, localização perfeita (pertinho do centrinho de Pucón), chuveiro excelente (sai bastante água), camas confortáveis e o café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO com muita varidade, tudo muito fresquinho, quentinho e se nota que é preparado e servido com muito carinho. Com certeza é onde ficarei novamente voltando a Pucón.
Gostei de tudo. Nenhum ponto negativo ou de melhoria para apontar.

Boa localização e instalações. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com produtos feitos no local. Quarto com vista para o vulcão Villarrica.

O Hotel Maki foi uma grata surpresa em Pucón!
Super perto da rua principal da cidade (apenas duas quadras de distância da Av. Bernardo O'Higgins) e também do terminal de ônibus da empresa JAC (que nos trouxe do aeroporto de Temuco).
Quartos excelentes, com chuveiro quentinho, cama ótima e TV com Netflix :)
O café da manhã no hotel Maki foi o ponto alto da estadia! Ovos mexidos feitos na hora, pães quentinhos, frios, granola (caseira, feita pela dona do hotel). Tudo uma delícia!
No dia que fizemos o Trekking ao vulcão Villarrica, que precisamos sair bem cedo, deixaram o café da manhã pronto mais cedo para que pudéssemos comer algo :)

Demasiada contaminación acústica. Durante la noche había un ruido constante por el azote del viendo contra las ventanas además que mal aislamiento con los vecinos

The staff has very friendly and helpful. Very well located, minutes away from the main Pucón street.
The rooms are a bit small although not too much space needed during the day since you don’t want to be in the hotel during the day.

Almost everything was perfect. Location, facilities, cleanliness, staff (really warm, nice and efficient).
The only opportunity I can see is the lack of a spa / pool within the property. it would be perfect.

Excellent stay at Maki hotel. We stayed 3 nights during our visit to Pucón with 3 adults and a toddler. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. We loved the woodwork and the style. Breakfasts was delicious. In my opinion a perfect boutique hotel experience. I would stay here again.
Rooms are rather small but very nice. Amenities are basic. This is a great place to sleep, have breakfast and go on with your day exploring beautiful Pucón. Not a resort experience with hot tub, pool or gym.

Comfortable beds and great showers, super friendly staff, great breakfast (even served at 5AM to accommodate volcano tour), private parking, nice little garden to relax in and close to everything you need in Pucón

Lovely hotel, well located in Pucon for everything you need. Very friendly & helpful staff, went above & beyond for us. The breakfast was brilliant, thank you chef! We had a comfortable & clean room with a nice balcony & Netflix on demand.

The breakfast was available at 0500 hrs as well, when we requested. This was such a pleasant surprise for us. It was sumptuous and fulfilling. The staff was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and excellent air conditioning. There was a smart TV for browsing Netflix and Youtube and Chilean TV channels.

Coronavirus measures a bit extreme... Our bags were deinfected when arriving (the woman at the reception seemed very serious about it... And she forgot a bag in the process!). We got a bit pushed out of the breakfast room in the morning because our turn was "over".

We loved our stay at Maki Hotel so much that we booked an additional night. I am vegan and they were flexible with the breakfast and I was delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Also the rooms are great, I honestly have no complains and would stay here again without a doubt.
