Recentemente ristrutturato Oak Bluffs casa dispone di 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e un miglio al centro di Oak Bluffs, Beach, Steamship Authority, ristoranti, negozi e vita notturna! Siamo a 0,8 miglia dal ristorante e dal porto di Nancys. Fai un rapido 15 minuti (a seconda della velocità) a piedi in città o in 3 minuti.
L'intera casa è stata completamente rinnovata dentro e fuori. I pavimenti in legno di quercia rossa corrono per tutto il piano di sopra. Il piano piano su due livelli presenta un livello superiore con una cucina completamente nuova completamente nuova, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di prima qualità, nuovi armadi e ripiani in quarzo. Il nuovo frigorifero è dotato di acqua filtrata e ghiaccio in ingresso e di una finestra che si illumina con un tocco per mostrarvi cosa c'è dentro. I soffitti alti completano la cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con un bel camino. Goditi il suono surround Sonos con stereo controllato da bluetooth. Un sacco di finestre portano la naturale luce esterna.
C'è un grande mazzo fuori dal soggiorno per intrattenere e barbecue. Porta facilmente l'aria aperta a Un grande tavolo da pranzo per cenare all'aperto e una comoda area patio rendono il terrazzo invitante come sempre. Una griglia di alta qualità rende il barbecue un gioco da ragazzi.
Il soggiorno dispone di un built-in personalizzato con posto a sedere grande finestra. Il livello superiore ha un grande mini-split per raffreddare l'intera grande stanza.
Inoltre, al piano superiore è la suite matrimoniale con un lussuoso letto king size con lenzuola di qualità (inclusa!) e un bagno completo con pavimento in piastrelle e vanità in marmo di Carrara. Ha anche la sua mini unità split che è controllata individualmente.

We had a wonderful week at this home. It was immaculate and a well appointed home. We wanted for nothing. The outdoor spaces were the best! A top deck with table seating for meals outside, the Weber grill, the lounge seating along with the bottom covered porch with seating, picnic table and outdoor fire pit were so comfortable for our family. So much thought went into this home by the owners and we loved every minute of our week long stay. We can’t say enough about this beautiful, well thought out home.

This house was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve EVER had. It is stunning and stocked with everything you’d need for a wonderful vacation home.
Location - very convenient to town and yet felt so nicely private and set away from others
House - again, stunning. It rained during our stay and we felt zero sadness on just being inside and relaxing. The window seat was a family favorite. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner each night. Plenty of dish pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. not all hosts do that. Oh and heated bathroom floors, easy to use streaming TV + sound system, blinds to bock out early and sun, and nice grill. SO GREAT
Host - had a minor hiccup with entry code that was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Very responsive and very helpful and kind!!! Highly recommend.
Pet friendly - yay!! We really appreciated them, approving our two small hypoallergenic dogs instead of one big dog. Our only issue was that the neighbor had a broken piece of their fence and of course the dogs went straight to that. Not the host fault and they even gave us a heads up before we arrived, which was much appreciated.
Our only feedback was that there were not enough bathroom towels and that they smelled a bit moldy. After we shared that feedback, they had a repair guy in for the dryer the next day! They seem to really care.

We absolutely loved our late September stay at this house and it was even prettier in person! Everything was incredibly clean, the rental was well priced, and it was not far from all of the places we wanted to explore. On check out day, the owners were extremely accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage in the entry way of the home so that we could go into town before leaving the Vineyard. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We loved this home on Martha’s Vineyard! The location was just a short walk from downtown but set away on a quiet street with a spacious yard. The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. We loved all the little details that made it feel more home-y like the Myers’s hand and dish soap LOL! We Will definitely be back!

Pictures don’t do justice to the warmth and cleanliness of this home! It is beautifully decorated…decorator touches everywhere, and spotlessly clean, we laughingly couldn’t find even a speck of dust anywhere! It’s new and modern, and comfortable as can be. The yard is huge and the landscaping is lovely. The location is very close to town and very convenient. We were really happy we chose this terrific home and would do so again if we return to the area. Many thanks to the hosts for being so conscientious about what they offer their guests…it was very much appreciated by our group of 8 the minute we drove up and then stepped through the front door and saw the beautiful interior. We really had a wonderful stay!

James and Michelle's house is the wonderful added bonus to any trip to Martha's Vineyard. The house is spacious, spotless, impeccably decorated, and has everything you need for an amazing vacation including a fully-stocked kitchen and beach gear. The back deck is fantastic for morning coffee, evening dinners, or just relaxing and reading. The property is so private and secluded, you'll get a feeling of absolute serenity; yet it's only a quick 15-20 minute walk into bustling Oak Bluffs Center. James and Michelle are also great hosts - easy to communicate with, and responsive. Thanks again for a great stay! We'll be back!!

My wife and two young adult children recently visted MV and was fortunate to find this great home. The house was in great condition with many upgrades as listed. Upon arrival, we found a gift left by the owner. The house is stocked with many of the extras needed to help you feel comfortrable in your home away from home. There was also nice soaps throughout the house. The outdoor areas were also nicely furnished with pillows and plants making it a great oasis!

The house:A+, the location A+, this home was so beautifully equipped for cooking and fun, great bedding, great books, a great home to have a number of people or just two, and the kitchen is a great space for cooking without that “I’m not at home” feeling because there was so many kitchen tools. Location allowed for us to travel to all the towns on the island, great game selections and the deck is delightful, just an easy great place to be, the owners were very kind regarding our ferry schedule, just, yeah, you will not regret one thing!!!

The house was fantastic. The road coming in isn't necessarily visible from the road with signage. It is a great home, well laid out for a small get together. The attention to details were superb. There were no staples in the fridge so when you visit you will need to purchase anything you need. It is conveniently located to town and the ferry to Nantucket. I'd definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to MV and we had a delightful stay at this property. James and Michelle were very accommodating and responsive. The property is on a quiet, nicely landscaped, private lot. There are so many features of the home that made it comfortable. Here are just a few . . . the king bed in the master bedroom had a memory foam mattress, we could easily control the temperature in the house with the air conditioning units, the living room was an open and inviting place to relax and the floor in the master bathroom was heated (bonus!). We took advantage of the laundry facilities. The laundry room was spotless and the equipment brand new. The back yard and patios looked very inviting, but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy these amenities. The homeowners have a professional housekeeping service to clean the home and they do an excellent job! A few things to note: 1) There are no window coverings on the front entrance or on the windows in the kitchen. Even though the home is on a wooded, private lot, we felt exposed, especially at night when it was easy to see into the house when the lights were on. 2) The two roads leading to property are not paved, so we were grateful we had a SUV to navigate these bumpy roads. 3) It is a short 15-minute walk to Oak Bluffs, but we were surprised to find that the direct route involves walking on the shoulder of a busy road (no dedicated walking path or sidewalk). Overall, we had a 5-star experience, and we would definitely rent this property again.

Jim & Michelle provided the perfect space for my family stay in Martha’s Vineyard. Their spacious New England Farmhouse gave us just the right dosage of the “good life” with all modern amenities. I look forward to my next visit.

This beautiful house was spotless and supplied everything we needed. Great location with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and town (lots of great shopping, restaraunts and grocery store). It’s also 5 minute walk to a fabulous Caribbean restaraunt, Chef Deon. Some construction in the area but the house sits privately on the property so that was not an issue. I loved sitting out on the deck. Great beach towels provided. Beach chairs were just a tad bit beat up but I forgot to mention this to the owners who were very attentive and I am sure would update the chairs if mentioned. We slept in the room upstairs and my kids enjoyed their rooms on the lower level. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in East Chop.

Great experience overall. This is an updated property with ductless AC units throughout. Very modern as most of the houses in Oak Bluffs are dated. Highly recommend. The pictures do not do it justice. We were all very pleased with the stay and communication from the host.

As first-timers to "The Vineyard," we did not know what to expect. This beautiful vacation home exceeded our expectations! The bedding was exceptional as was literally every other detail. This is the first vacation home I've stayed in for a very long time that I was actually sad to leave because the hosts have done such an outstanding job of providing such high level accommodations. The surrounding landscape and gardens provided such a peaceful environment as well. The only noise ever heard were the birds singing in the mornings. We enjoyed exploring the island every day, and looked forward to returning to this amazing home at the end of our day. If we vacation again to the island, this would be our first choice of homes to stay. It was almost like magic!
