We were looking to find a property that suited a family holiday with our grown up children who are 2 x 18 and 1 x 21. The villa and its location were ideal to suit our needs. Very comfortable space, lots of seating areas, on the terrace, in the lounge and several places outside including right on the shoreline. The weather was idyllic, the fans & air con made the evenings and night time very pleasant. Easy 10 minute walk into Kassiopi, plenty of harbour side restaurants to enjoy, Nikolas Bakery very good and you can see the old baker taking his well-earned breaks at the front of the shop! We hired boats twice from Fillipos in Kassiopi Harbour (very helpful staff) to explore all the amazing coves, beaches and taverns. Lunch at Nikolas Taverna in Agni was excellent(good idea to book) and Agidos Stefanos was also a good place to stop. The highlight was the Imerolia Fish Tavern, the service was faster than McDonald’s for freshly prepared baby squid, and other fish dishes. It is literally 3 houses away from Shoreside on the same stretch of beach, ideal for a long lunch and a short stroll home. My daughter also liked Janis for food/cocktails. We would definitely stay again at this property, it is worth the 1 hour drive from the airport to find a small piece of paradise like this. Finally, the owner, Robin was very helpful & responsive to messages; he wanted to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We hope we can find a slot in the diary to visit again next year

We are a family of 5 and have just had a wonderful stay at this holiday house. The accommodation is even better than in the photos. My 3 children aged 11-16 all loved walking out of the back gate and straight into the water. The kayak was fantastic and enjoyed by all in the safe water. There are beautiful views from the terrace and we spent many an evening listening to music, playing cards and having drinks. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and is very spacious for either a family or friends. It's spotlessly clean and a real home from home. It's a 10-15 minute walk into Kassiopi. This was the only downside as it's a bit of a drag in the heat especially if you're carrying shopping. Once there though we found wonderful restaurants to eat at with varied menu choices. The harbour is stunning especially in the evening to sit by and enjoy cocktails! By day there are lovely small shops to wander around and some stunning beaches. The beaches are all pebbles and shingle but as long as your flips flops are nearby it's fine. The water is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling as there are so many beautiful fish to spot. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and have loved visiting Corfu and Kassiopi in particular. The Shoreside villa and garden are truly beautiful; combined with a magnificent location on a essentially private beach.

One week holiday for 4 adults. Excellent communication with property owner, who was very responsive when we had unseasonably chilly weather and helped us locate a heater for the downstairs area. Villa itself was very clean and well stocked. Only small downside was the cushions and blankets in the patio area could do with a clean. Villa has fantastic views and is 10mins walk away from Kassiopi, which is mostly along a pavement.

My family had a delightful time in Imerolia at this lovely villa. The location was ideal- just steps from the sea and an easy 10 min walk to Kassiopi. The layout of the house was perfect as our teenage kids could have their space downstairs while also joining us on the upstairs deck for movies and family time. We have rented homes around the world and this is easily one of the best!

Can’t recommend this villa enough. The location is perfect, right on the beach and so easy to walk into Kassiopi where there is great selection of restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed hiring a boat to explore the surrounding bays! The villa itself is very well laid out. A spacious living area for all 6 of us, a lovely garden and well equipped kitchen, more than just a holiday rental. Robin couldn’t have been more helpful and his helpers very charming. We’ve never holidayed in the same location 2 years in succession but Shoreside is so perfect for a relaxing family holiday that we had to return. The crystal clear sea is right next door and great for swimming as it gets deep quickly, the bikes, canoe and table tennis add some activities if needed. Supermarkets and many restaurants and bars are within a short walk, we followed recommendations and agreed the following were really good - Janis, Veronica’s cocktails (great chat there too) , fish restaurant next door. The house is beautifully designed with upstairs living space and a fantastic view, and lots of different spaces in house and garden - ideal for our group with adult children. Despite our usual habit of going to different places, it’s somewhere we hope to come back to in the future.

Stayed as an extended family with young children and grandparents. Layout was ideal with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus separate sitting area downstairs plus bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The balcony is large and has views over the sea to Albania. At the end of the garden is a quiet pebbly beach. Flat 15min walk to Kassiopi harbour where there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. House is very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Shoreside is a top property, right by the beach at Imerolia, 10 minutes, yes only 10 minutes, walk from Kassiopi. Kassiopi itself is a really nice unspoilt Greek harbour village with quality restaurants, shops and bars. Not rowdy, just nicely full of life. The house first floor is top notch, open plan, very large, well equipped and with an amazing view over the balcony to the beach, sea and Albania. Nice garden, straight on to the, albeit pebbly, beach. Just the place for a relaxing week.

The villa is beautifully located with an extensive private garden that has two separate patios for eating and another for soaking up the extensive sun. The views are jaw dropping, across a stunning bay to the Albanian coast, there are fewer more pleasant places to spend the evening. The villa itself was ideal for our family, there is a massive upstairs area comprising living quarters, fully kitted out kitchen and two bathrooms. Down the spiral staircase are a further 3 bedrooms and two more bathrooms, meaning the kids could have their own area to chill out and which is accessed directly from the garden, so no traipsing wet clothes/feet round the villa after swimming in the crystal clean water at the end of the garden. Adjacent to the villa is a wonderful fish taverna with the lovely town of Kassiopi just 10 mins walk away. There a tonnes of restaurants there - the best one we found was called The Old School - and the villa is a great base for hiring a car and exploring either the coastal road or into the mountains. Robin is an excellent host and was more than happy to help with our planning. Overall, highly, highly recommended.

Robin was very helpful and easy to communicate with from the off. He answered any queries we had, and recommended a good car hire company (the easiest car hire ever!). This lovely house surpassed all our expectations - absolutely everything you could possibly want was on hand, and it is even more fabulous in reality than in the photos. The view from the upstairs terrace is beautiful, the bedrooms all lovely and the main living area of the house stunning and spacious. The location is excellent - an easy ten minute stroll into Kassiopi, along the beautiful long bay, yet far enough away from the main hubbub of the town to give a sense of space and privacy. We were a family of six - nan, mum, dad and three boys aged 5 to 15 - and we all loved our stay at Shoreside. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

From the minute you arrive & see the spectacular view from the terrace and the excellent facilities of the house you will appreciate that this home is rather special. The property in situated in an ideal location being 5 mins walk from the lovely harbour village of Kassiopi with it’s numerous restaurants & amenities. The house is a very spacious comfortable family home equipped with everything you require for an enjoyable holiday.. Having direct access to the quiet pebbly beach with its crystal clear waters was a luxury & made even better by the use of a kayak to paddle around the very pretty bay. We were a family of 7 comprising parents, grandparent, teenagers/young adults and all agreed that the property & location exceeded everyones expectations. Communication from Robin the owner was exceptional throughout. The friendlessness, hospitality and quality of the local supermarket & tavernas were outstanding. The use of a car is not essential given the very convienient location of the property however it did enable us to the explore the lovely Island further. We rarely visit the same place twice however would definitely return to this property if visiting Corfu again.

This is a great place to stay in Corfu. No pool, but instead a warm sea and a quiet pebble beach at the end of your garden. Everything you could need inside; modern and very well kept. About a 10-minute walk to the centre of Kassiopi. We loved it. Thanks Robin.

We stayed as an adult family group and had a wonderful time at Shoreside, swimming, snorkelling, and kayaking from just outside the garden. The house is even better in real life than in the photos and a short walk from all amenities in a Kassiopi. We hope to return (not something we usually do!) and thoroughly recommend it.

Spacious and very well equipped villa, with 'family home' feel. Fantastic location with rear garden opening directly onto beach. Beach is shingle / stones rather than sand, but that results in lovely clear water and lots of snorkelling opportunities. Garden is private and spacious, generally hard landscaped with planted edges creating a series of different pockets so you can choose sunshine, shade, privacy, or beach-side. House also has great rear terrace overlooking the sea and in to Kassiopi. Kassiopi town centre is less than a 10 minute walk, and the town has a really good mix of 'buzz' and chilled-out calm. Lots of great restaurants and shops there. The walk around the peninsula, and around the castle grounds, is a delight. All in all a great property in a great location - would definitely recommend.

This was a first trip to Greece for my friends and my husband and I wanted to be sure they had a great experience. The beach house was beautiful and well maintained with a great location. Easy access to town, restaurants and shopping. Everyone we met in town were helpful and friendly. Robin, the owner, provided excellent recommendations and instructions. Can't say enough good things, I highly recommend this house and location.

I cannot fault our experience of staying in this beautiful villa. From start to finish the host was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to any queries. The whole family enjoyed the stunning seaside location and breathtaking views across the sea to Albania from the comfortable balcony. It was great being so close to Kassiopi but not right in the hustle and bustle - there are plenty of nice Tavernas to choose from in the town and it had a really relaxed atmosphere (although it may get more hectic in the summer season!) My husband throughly enjoyed the chance to cycle up the mountain on the island and the garden was great for our two year old daughter to play in with plenty of shade and lots of space. We really had the best holiday - thank you.

Spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this house. It's very well equipped and beautifully situated on the water's edge. Views from the upper balcony of the Albanian coastline are breathtaking, so much so we found it hard to tear ourselves away to explore the north of Corfu - we preferred to swim and kayak our way round the crystal clear water of the bay, or simply chill out on the balcony or in the garden. Kassiopi town is just a shortish walk away along the coast, with tavernas, shops and supermarkets, with pretty much everything you'll need. Larger supermarkets a 15min drive away round the coast to the northwest in Acharavi. We're trying to work out when we can come back!

The apartment is ideally located just a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The view from the balcony looks onto the Albanian mountains and is a stunning place to relax and eat. The pebble beach adjoined to the apartment is secluded and quiet, giving you a great sense of privacy when relaxing by the sea. Overall a wonderful stay!

House was maintained to a high standard very peaceful but also easy access to town if we wanted it! Good communication with owners before and after would definitely book again !

Wow! The villa is everything it looks in the pictures but on arriving so so much more. Robin has got it set up perfectly and for a family of 5 there was plenty of room. Great that the children have there almost separate part of the villa down stairs. The views from the balcony are fabulous and such a great place to relax with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer. Kassiopi is wonderful and as the information states a genuine 10 minute stroll to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants to eat out. It is not a large town but a beautiful old Corfu fishing village which has not become over commercialised. There are still plenty of places to eat or grab an evening cocktail though. Outside of the villa is like having your own private beach and sea front to relax on with a beautiful sun lounge area to chill out on and lap up the sun with a 5 step walk into the sea to cool off. We rented a car and if you want a sandy beach there are plenty within a few minutes drive. Agios Spiridon beach is a short drive from Kassiopi on the road to Acharavi and is easy to drive to with no steep twists and turns. It is beautiful. If you are not a beach person just sit back and relax at Shoreside Villa, the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you Robin

Fantastic villa in perfect location. Right on the beach so no trekking needed. The villa itself had everything you could ask for & more. The local town Kassopaia had all we needed, so many restaurants to choose from & plenty of supermarkets with one that will deliver We all agreed we would be back for another visit so thank you Robin

Everything what you need for a relaxing holiday: spacious and fully equipped house, nice interior, the beach is at your doorstep, the kayak is great, terrific views, Restaurants and Supermarkets are closeby, neighbourhood is quiet. All of our questions were answered promptly and the fridge was already filled which was very thoughtful. Mid-Week the house was cleaned, including fresh towels and sheets, a very nice service. Getting there from the Airport was hasslefree and easy. We hope to visit again very soon.

This villa is right on a small, quiet beach in a pretty bay with amazing views of Albanian mountains in the distance. Shops, restaurants etc are only a short walk away in Kassiopi. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. A great choice for anyone who wants to be away from the busier tourist areas, and wants easy access to the sea. We loved it.

We spent a week here in September 2016. Our first holiday without the teenagers, we were a bit anxious, but from the moment we arrived, we relaxed. Its paradise, pure and simple. The house in beautiful, as is the location. The balcony is amazing. We had mixed weather, lots of thunderstorms at night, it was stunning to sit on the comfy sofa's and watch the lightning over the bay and waking up to those views every day was a dream. Thank you Robin, we really had a wonderful break. So sorry for the late review !!

The villa is perfectly located around the bay from Kassiopi. There is an excellent fish taverna next door and a small jetty to tie up boats if required. The villa is very spacious, in immaculate condition and has the most wonderful views. It is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. Robin managed our booking and questions extremely well. Thank you for a really enjoyable fortnight away.

We had a fantastic holiday ,the villa is well placed for getting around and exploring . There are some lovely villages on the coast such as San Stefenos ,Agni and in the hills behind Old Perithia . The beach at the bottom of the garden felt like our own private beach . I had a few questions to ask and Robin the owner and he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . We loved our stay in Shoreside, an absolute gem of a villa in the gorgeous north-east of Corfu. It lived up to all our expectations and more........... Before we arrived, Robin and Susan had made all our planning and organising as straightforward and informed as you could hope for - nothing was too much for them and their 'local knowledge', information and advice ensured we we able to enjoy our holiday to the max. Their beautiful villa is in a superb location - stunning views over the bay to Albania, a hop, skip and a jump into the Med and only a short stroll into Kassiopi, as lovely a Greek coastal village as you could hope to find. Shoreside is fantastically 'kitted out' with all you could need, inside and out, to enjoy your stay. It is large enough for a family group or groups to be able to comfortably share the space, without losing it's 'home from home' feel - and everything is in immaculate condition. We would recommend using the canoe to get out in the bay for a bit of snorkelling. In cooler weather the bikes would be perfect for nipping into Kassiopi for picking up the breakfast pastries. There is no shortage of fantastic tavernas and restaurants in area, none more so that the Imerolia Taverna just round the corner from Shoreside - great seafood, wonderful views and Spyros, the consummate host. A trip up into the nearby hills to Pirithea will also more than satisfy the foodies. All in all, we'd thoroughly recommend Shoreside for your Corfu holiday - you won't be disappointed.
