Very fun property, enough room and activities for all ages. Well appointed, found everything we needed even things I forgot (like foil). We would stay again our family really enjoyed the time here especially the pool. It felt like a home which made my 4 kids and extended family very comfortable.

Booked this trip very last minute, my huband and our 3 children, ages 8, 9 and 14! I am not at all a planner, we always take random trips that are NEVER booked ahead. This trip did not disappoint! The tenants were very attentive to anything needed at all, thier home is absolutely perfect for a family! Arizona was absolutely breath taking! My family enjoyed moment. The house has an incredible backyard with tons of space for games like corn hole, spikeball, and can jam (all provided by the host). The pool is also amazing with the water slide and rope swing. The pool house makes for an easy way to stay in the shade while keeping an eye on the pool. The house itself has plenty of space and a great kitchen. Plenty of tvs that we used to watch sports and connected video games to. Could not recommend this house enough. 10 out of 10.

The House we perfect for 5 Baseball Parents Families to hang out and enjoy when not watching our kids play baseball. The house had everything, Huge Pool (heated for our stay) Billiards, Ping Pong, bags, spikeball, not to mentions 3 massive, big screen TV to watch March Madness. The pool house served as a great outdoor area to just hang out. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and just hang out.
Owners we awesome. Very responsive to communicate with them before our trip and easy to get a hold of during the trip. One day the Pool pumps were not working called and within 10 minutes they were at the house and within10 minutes the pool was back in working order. Thank you, Sarah and Tyler, for an unforgettable trip that made memories for 5 different families.

Done family rentals dozens of thime. This was above average in terms of property qualithy. Tho we only had the normal issues that ocurr with every rental, the 2 managers were outstanding in terms of clear communocation, ease of access and results..
We are 3 brothers, wives and adult children. We did not use the pool or play any of the games, but a younger crowd would love them. Plenty of very comfortable seating and shade outsude for a very large crowd .
We used the house for home base while we traveled to cousins homes for reunion parties.we ate most of the other meals in the house. Comfortable, well stocked. The microwave snd the oven were under the kitchen island and were a bit inconvenient. Large fridge and giant freezer held all our food with ease. Large pantry. Good stock of coffee, spices, condiments, garbage bags, toilet oaper, soap and all the other things we normally bring when we drive to less equipped rentaks. We appreciated this.
This home was good value for us and convenient to where we needed to go.

This property was clean, attractive, roomy, well appointed, in a good neighborhood, conveniently located to airports and a multitude of city & rural experiences. The pool was a huge hit with all ages; definitely worth paying to heat it. There was a total abundance of games indoor & outdoor to keep everyone happy & engaged. Nice variety of sleeping options and layout allowed for large group, groupings and private time. Kitchen & laundry amenities were superb. Owners so responsive! Friends and extended family already planning to reserve this VRBO. We loved it and even family skeptics left saying they had a blast. We had a group of 12 with 4 children ages 6-21 plus 8 adults. Spendier than other VRBO's we looked at but amenities and space made it all worth it. We would rent this VRBO again!

Great house for a large family stay. The house was clean and very well stocked for the stay. Great bathrooms plenty of bedrooms for all. The pool was amazing! There is something for all ages at the pool from the slide and rope swing or the shelf to soak with smaller kids. Overall an excellent property!

My family and I had a great time at this property. Even in the heat we played games outside, the property had plenty of umbrellas. The yard is huge and the kids loved the pool. Even though the house is centrally located near everything, I really appreciated the toiletries they had on hand. This was a great and memorable vacation!

Huge home, gigantic pool, responsive hosts. This was by far the best fit for family vacation. Plenty of room inside with multiple activities for everyone. And the backyard was just as great. Pool was huge, a slide and rope swing the kids spent hours there. Putt putt golf and more. Will definitely try and stay here again.

We had a larger family Easter vacation at this property, which included a number of younger children, and we were very happy with this property. The rope swing and waterslide turned a regular swimming pool into our own private resort. I'm certain the kids completed over 300 swings on the rope. The house does show a little wear & tear, so if you're a property snob, it might bother you. That didn't bother us at all. It was clean, the owner was very responsive to our questions, and overall it was a great experience. We already decided to stay here again if we do another family vacation to AZ.

We needed a home with enough bedrooms to accommodate our large family. This place exceeded our expectations! There were enough beds, bathrooms, and household supplies that we felt at home the minute we walked in. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - so much to do and plenty of chairs everywhere you turn. We planned to do more activities, but chose to stay "home" and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beautiful weather. We highly recommend this home.

We planned a 90th birthday party for grandma and out of town relatives. The property worked perfectly and the location was very convenient. All the bedrooms on one floor and the huge kitchen allowed everyone to have what they needed to check in process was extremely easy and I would recommend this property for large groups.

We can't say enough great things about our stay at this house! It had everything (plus a whole lot more) of everything we could need to make our family vacation perfect! The house, yard, location and hosts were over the top incredible! It's impossible to say anything negative as I can honestly say this was the best vacation our family has ever had! We booked this property mostly based on the pictures and videos of the backyard/pool area and it did not disappoint! We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was fantastic! We had two 15 year olds as well as a 7 year old, 6 year old and 4 year old and the pool/yard area kept all entertained the entire time we stayed. One of the best things was taking coffee and a book out to the covered patio and reading while the kids splashed and played around. The pool had a great shallow end for the littles as well as a super deep end for the others and those wanting to jump and dive in.
The pool house (casita) is a great space and was where the teens lounged and watched movies almost every night.
The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with small appliances and utensils.
The owners were great at answering any and all of our questions and were very accommodating when it came to dropping things off a bit early and working around our outgoing flight schedule.
We have done VRBO several times for these vacations and this is by far the best pool we’ve ever had. It will be hard to find another place we liked as much as this one and I can see us planning a repeat visit next year to this property.

We had a splendid time! The house was spotless and the perfect for the size of our family❣️ We had an issue with the hot tub and they handled it right away. The pool was my kids spot of choice, and are sad we have to hard on home lol. Thank you for the stay🥰

We had children ages 5 to 16 and They had a ball. Pool has slide, waterfall, rope swing, basketball hoop, and paddle boards. So many things for them to do. Plus, indoors there is a ping pong table, pool and air hockey. Our group of 11 had so much space to spread out. The pool can be heated and lighted in the evening and is lovely. Large refrigerator and freezer is great for large group. Spices and staples are available as well as a large griddle for pancakes etc. Owners are super to work with and very responsive!

We were looking to enjoy some PHX weather during my kids winter break from school. On the plus side, the pool is amazing, and it was totally worth the extra cost to have it heated in January. The family spent hours swimming and playing in water every day - the pool is truly an oasis! Kids also enjoyed all the game tables (ping-pong, pool, air hockey, putt-putt, etc). However, this house is in need of TLC and maintenance. Almost every wall is dinged up. About half the lightbulbs in the house are burned out. Kitchen is missing 2 cabinet doors. Hot tub is completely unusable with disintegrated cover and plastic components. Outdoor yard is littered with broken equipment. Trampoline cover disintegrated and unsafe. We arrived to trash cans already overflowing, and trash pickup wasn't for a week. All the linens are pretty hard used. Tile broken in the master bath. Dirty / cracked tub in the second bath. Bottom line: our kids 12 and under loved the pool and games, but the quality of the home was more like a Ramada Inn in need of renovations. Not worth it for the overall rental price of house.

The property was very spacious, clean, lots of games & puzzles for kids. Awesome, well stocked kitchen, loads of towels, comfy beds! Then there was that beautiful pool, with slide, waterfall & swing rope that was used everyday! Had a great time! 5 stars!

We had a great time with the pool and all the outdoor and indoor activities that were available. We really appreciated the great supply of beach towels and the laundry facilities. The kitchen was well stocked and made meal preparation easy. Beds were comfortable and plentiful — the kids enjoyed the bunk room, even though it didn’t allow for much privacy. We did notice that there were a lot of little “fix it” jobs to be done to the house itself, but since we weren’t buying it nor living there permanently, we didn’t care much. For example, the sink faucets in the 2 master bathrooms look up-scale but are terrible to use and 1 has no water pressure at all. We found the owner to be very nice and super responsive! We did have some problems with the pool controls but he was always willing to come and help out!

This was a wonderful home that had activities for all! From basketball, indoor pool table, ping pong, dart board , air hocky , a great TV room but the outdoor pool and pool area are amazing! The pool is beautiful and has areas that toddlers can play and the older ones and adults can enjoy the amazing rope swing into the pool. The home is very comfortable and has plenty of room and offers lots of comfort. All of my family already wants to plan a revisit! Thank you to the great hosts.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location in Mesa is great. Our kids were between 2 and 10 yrs. It was too hot (100°+) for us to utilize the living area in the garage but with cooler weather that would be a perfect gathering spot.
