We had a wonderful time here. The home is spacious, well stocked, and nicely laid out. And the location can’t be beat. Enjoyed having the Javelina Trail across the street. The owners were accessible and responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying again next year.

Our family was in need of an extended getaway. When we arrived and entered the home and saw the pillow “blessed”, we immediately knew we had found the perfect spot. A tranquil oasis and the warmth of Arizona’s unforgettable sunsets was the backdrop every day for our lovely stay. The house was fully stocked with all we needed and more. There wasn’t a day that we didn’t spend hours in the pool. The water feature was our calming sound buffer. We shared many good meals and laughs and even juiced for 8 days straight. Daily bird watching was a family affair. Humming birds, cardinals and the faithful grey owl that visited daily, early evening. The time spent here was invaluable and we will always cherish the memories of your Scottsdale stay. Thank you for opening the door to your comfy home and allowing it to bless our family.

It's hard to use the term "property" as this is obviously a well cared for home which the owners have done everything to make you feel welcome. The detailed binder provided helpful usage instructions for the pool, whirlpool and outside grill along with local shopping and hiking trails. The closest trail being right across the street. The owners provided ample household supplies, were easily assessable and responsive to any query I had.
The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard provides lots of sun along with a plethora of humming birds to enjoy.
I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this home

House is very nice. High ceilings, comfortable beds, roomy shower with a bench, and a very cozy media room. Media room TV is large and has a great sound. Small TV in the master bedroom is nice too. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The star of the home is the pool. I've never been in such a clean pool. No chlorine smell on clothes or hair, just refreshing clean water. It's the perfect size for swimming laps. The spa has powerful jets to massage muscles and even the lion head fountains in the pool offered a massage. Comfortable seating in the shade. All sorts of wildlife go by here, birds, lizards, in the back, javelinas in the front. All add to the feeling of a sanctuary. Good communication with owners. Thank you Sandy for prompt replies.

Fantastic vacation home
We have rented many places around the world and this is one of our favourites! The house, pool and location were perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything I needed and there were plenty of cleaning supplies. The property manager was great and quickly responded to questions, as were the owners. We have had a wonderful time here:)

We had a great time. Loved the location. It really had all that we needed from pool, hot tub and plenty of inside activities as well. The manager was very responsive. The hiking trails and access to the community pool was also convenient and used often.
The mountain views were also very much enjoyed.
We would certainly return and are grateful for our time spent. Our family would all agree.

We spent the majority of our time on the patio! I enjoyed walking on the very convenient path system, even a few walks to Starbucks, for morning coffees. The pool warmed nicely and we throughly enjoyed swimming laps.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. 10 minutes from McDowell trails and the Javelina trail just outside the door is great for walk without having to drive anywhere. We had two active teenage boys with us so the basketball and tennis court down the street were perfect. Also close by is the Scottsdale sports complex that has open soccer fields and basketball court. The pool and hot tub were used daily and a treat after a long hike. We would recommend staying here and hope to be back again.

Our stay was wonderful, seamless from start to finish. We love this property and plan to return again next year! Maybe sooner! We had 5 adults and plenty of space for gathering and private time. The beds were very comfortable, the back yard gorgeous and the house was perfect, thank you.

Great location. Nice property - perfect for guys weekend of mountain biking and golf. Bike trails right out the door and golf course across the road. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all! I would rent this property again!

An awesome home, everything was perfect!
From my first contact up until we left, this has been a wonderful experience. The home, pool, hot tub, was as good if not better than described. It was immaculate inside and out, homey, and the beds were very comfortable. I would both recommend and revisit this amazing home. Thank you so much!

Lovely Girls Weekend
We rented this property for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint.
Pool and spa was great, neighborhood was amazing (close to hikes and stores), house was clean.
The only two issues we had was 1) most of the utensils, (forks, knives, etc) glasses and plates/bowls were dirty (not properly cleaned). We just put them through the dishwasher and they were then fine (Thank you for leaving us with detergent!). The other issue was the first bedroom to the left of the family room (as you walk in) was very noisy due to the AC units being right outside that bedroom window. Very hard to sleep in that room.
Other than that, everything was amazing. Would for sure rent again.

Home from home ...... with a great pool and sunshine !!
This is our 4th … or maybe 5th … successive stay at this property and we will be returning in 2020.
The owners and managing agents are very helpful and efficient. The property is very well maintained, well situated in a quiet residential area and has an amazing pool !!!
All the shops / restaurants and other facilities that one might need are nearby and my wife and I (having returned only yesterday) will be checking out flights for 2020 later today !!

Another Fine Stay
Our group of four golfers stayed again in 2019, and had a great stay. Via car, the location is convenient to all spots in the N. Scottsdale area, and the property itself is in a quiet spot.
We had an issue with a slow draining sink which was brought to the homeowner's attention, and the next day the property manager was in touch.
Will stay again next year.

Beautiful home in north Scottsdale
Great location, house met our expectations, comfortable, well stocked, great kitchen. Backyard was excellent, pool, spa were great, very private and quite. Outdoor grill worked well. Everything we wanted in a rental home. It made our vacation quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Spectacular
My wife and I stayed at this fantastic property for two months. We enjoyed every minute of it (even with some shaky weather in February).
Sandy and Ron are diligent owners who obviously take pride in their hospitality and keeping the home in great condition for guests.
The design of the home is great with a very nice and private master suite. The living area is cozy and welcoming with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the beautiful pool and great sitting areas.
We also found the location of the home to be terrific with close proximity to great shopping, restaurants and hiking. We played a lot of golf and found the McDowell Mountain golf course to be both challenging and fun.
If you are looking for either a short or longer term stay this is THE property you should choose. With the layout of the home I can see where this would be a great choice for a golfer getaway.
We can’t wait to return in 2020!

We had an awesome stay. Villa & pool were terrific. 4 bedrooms & plenty of room for 6 adults. Unbeknownst to us, my step sister & her 3 adult children stayed her Xmas 2013. Fun family memories. Javelina trail is essentially out the front door & was great for walks. Found it 20-25 minutes from wherever we wanted to go

Good amenities and the place was clean. Bedrooms could use some sprucing up and the fans are noisy. Remote garage opener did not work. We went to cookout on the grill and there was mice living inside it.
Overall a good value for what we wanted on a guys golf trip.

Lovely and private property
We always LOVE staying at this villa. It is very private and has a great lap pool. The area is quiet. We go for walks on the Taliesin (Javelin?) Trail nearby, which is about an hours walk and very enjoyable early in the morning or at the end of the day. The rest of the day usually has a great temperature for lounging in the pool area. We love this area and have been back many times.

Home from home ...... but with sunshine and a pool !!
This was our 5th consecutive stay at this villa and we have already booked for next year. We now know this area quite well and this is the place to be in Scottsdale and the villa to book.
If you're reading this review and trying to find an amazing villa, you need look no further. It's in a quiet residential street and a short drive from any activity that you might want to explore whilst on holiday. It's well managed locally and I have no doubt that you will have a great time here.

This property was as described it had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. The house was clean and was in a great location near everything in the North Scottsdale area. I would recommend this property my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
