My family and I (consisting of my wife, daughter, and myself) had the pleasure of staying at this property for just over a week, during our vacation. Seattle holds a special place in our hearts; it is the city where my wife and I first met about 30 years ago and where I worked for three years. Needless to say, the chance to revisit this beloved city, especially whilst residing in this incredible house, was a nostalgic and heartwarming experience.
Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, the house itself exudes warmth and charm. Its maintenance is commendable, with the property meticulously cared for, mirroring the images we had seen online. It truly felt like a home away from home.
One aspect we particularly enjoyed was the breathtaking view from the deck and rear of the house, a delightful feature that heightened our stay.
Our hosts, Mike and Mitra, deserve special praise for their commendable job in creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Their attention to detail and effort to ensure our comfort truly made us feel at home.
We can't wait for our next trip to Seattle, during which we will definitely consider staying at this property again. If it were possible to rate this stay beyond five stars, we wouldn't hesitate for a second. Our heartfelt thanks to Mike and Mitra for making our vacation memorable.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The view of the lake was stunning. It was quiet and tranquil in the home and the surrounding area. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The shower was lovely, with plenty of pressure and hot water!
Mike was an excellent host. Everything was smooth, and the home is close to amenities and Bellevue shopping, which during rainy March is important. We truly loved our stay and will be back again!

We spent four weeks at this lovely house with a beautiful view of Lake Sammamish. The house is perfect and contains everything you might need to a short or long stay. The owners are very sweet people and quick to answer any question or remedy any problem. Highly recommend this house.

I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I was not aware that the owners would be staying downstairs. But they were terrific. The view couldn't be beat. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

This home is beautiful. There is an amazing view of Lake Sammamish right from the main living area. The home is equipped with everything you need. The home owners (Mitra and Mike) are so friendly and kind. We will definitely look to stay in this home when we visit the area again.

Mike and Mitra were great hosts with their wonderful property in a perfect location. We rode the bike trails daily with our daughter with special needs and enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the lake.

My friends and I reunited from 4 states for the first time in 3 years. The house was clean, relaxing and well-equipped for us to enjoy meals together and catch up in a cozy environment. As athletes, we all enjoyed daily runs and bike rides right on the trail. The host was a great communicator and we loved this property!

Big Bend and Beyond
We had a great time visiting with our son and his partner. Mike and Mitras property was perfect for what we needed. An incredible western exposure over the lake provided us some beautiful sunsets after our days adventuring. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking fun. Beds were perfect, We will rent this property again in the future.

Truly outstanding
Fantastic property. Great location on the East Lake Sammamish walking trail. Quiet with incredible views. Owners were very helpful but never on the way. Would love to visit again. Thanks!!!

Lake Sammamish Gem
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The view and location were absolutely amazing. The property was very clean and well appointed. The deck is amazing and trail right in front of the home is so peaceful. We actually wanted to stay a few more days but the nights weren't available. We moved just down the road and the other rental we secured was not nearly as nice.

We stayed for several weeks and loved it! Quality furnishings, amazing access and views, and the best hosts! Our kids had a wonderful time too. Highly recommended.

Great stay at a beautiful home
We loved staying at this house and enjoyed the views of the lake and the big deck and the spaciousness of the whole place. It was great to call it home for several days and the bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable.

Great place for a quick getaway!
Check in was easy and the house was even nicer than expected. The view is amazing and you are right on the waterfront trail. The garage fit my husbands huge GMC truck which was great. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is large and it has both a family and living room each with a fireplace. Gorgeous wood floors too.

Spacious & Beautiful Views!
This is a gorgeous property with room to spread out, a glorious kitchen and incredible views! So peaceful. Having the garage was a nice touch. I could stay another week just to read the books on the shelves!! The hosts are awesome and the entire experience was 5 stars! We hope to visit again! Thank you Mike and Mitra for sharing your beautiful home!
