Questo 1800sq. La storica casa degli anni 1920 a Grand Haven vanta un arredamento personalizzato e di buon gusto con una completa ristrutturazione nel 2017. Questo è un ambiente ricco di servizi con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 8 posti letto comodamente, ma, può ospitare 12.
Il layout della casa a 2 piani è il seguente. Al piano principale, c'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale. La seconda camera da letto al piano principale ospita un letto futon full / double. Sempre al piano principale si trova l'ampio soggiorno con una grande TV a schermo piatto e molti comodi posti a sedere. C'è la connessione wifi gratuita e un lettore DVD. Pur essendo una casa storica, questa casa vanta un concept design aperto per la vita di oggi. Tra il soggiorno e la cucina si trova una graziosa sala da pranzo con fino a 12 posti a sedere. Il bagno completo completamente rinnovato è situato in modo conveniente per entrambe le camere da condividere. E non dimenticare l'enorme veranda coperta coperta con posti a sedere all'aperto che ti consente di godere di tutto ciò che questo tranquillo quartiere ha da offrire.
Soprattutto, al piano principale, si affaccia sul cortile sul retro la cucina di nuova concezione, completamente ristrutturata nel 2017, con nuovi elettrodomestici, banconi in granito, bar per mangiare e splendide luci e decorazioni. Per comodità, lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili nel seminterrato. L'ampio cortile di livello completamente recintato ha un patio con una buca per il fuoco, grill a gas, spazio per mangiare e prendere il sole sulla grande amaca, e un enorme cortile erboso per giochi all'aperto e giochi per bambini. Non vediamo l'ora che inizi a creare i tuoi ricordi!
E questo è solo il livello principale. Su una bella scala ci sono due enormi camere da letto e un bagno 3/4 completamente rinnovato con cabina doccia e grande doppio lavabo. La prima camera da letto al secondo piano dispone di 2 letti matrimoniali / full size e la seconda camera, con accesso al ponte sole, ha 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo. Vi è un ampio parcheggio fuori strada per tre auto nel vialetto e altro ancora sulla strada tranquilla.

House is perfect. We enjoyed 2 weeks here. Loved the outdoor space in front and back. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. Have already booked for next year!

We stayed for a week at the RunAbout resort and loved our stay! House was charming, comfortable and clean! Back yard and fire pit were perfect for our family gathering. Location was perfect! Walkable to “downtown strip!” The bikes of all sizes and bike trailer made it so easy to ride to the beach! We loved riding the boardwalk to the pier and playground. The house was well stocked and cozy! Best rental home we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to come back!

This home is very clean and well stocked. Easy to find and to check in and out. Front porch and back yard offer great space to hang out. 3 large bedrooms plus two other possible sleeping areas. (one with a fold out twin love seat and the other with a futon, either option intended for child or small person) We easily walked to the Riverwalk area. Based on other reviews, we thought we would be within an easy walking distance of the state park.... should have been more careful reading posting as it says 3 minute drive. We felt 1.5 miles was too far for walking each way with chairs, etc . :( Overall it was a great trip, great house.

Spent the weekend in Beach Haven for a family wedding and the home was perfect. Great location (5 blocks from water) and a beautiful home. The space was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Enjoyed breakfast on the front porch and evening smores by the fire pit.
Communication with Britta was easy and timely. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean, extremely well appointed and was in a great location for Grand Haven activities (downtown and beach). We loved that everyone in our group (7 of us) were able to have a bed to themself. Check in and check out were also very easy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our annual vacation at the Runabout Resort was excellent as usual despite mediocre weather and a second year of chilly Lake Michigan Temperatures. Britta ensured everything was in order at the resort and all of our needs & expectations were exceeded. Looking forward to next year's stay already!

The house was adorable, clean as can be, and well equipped with everything we needed for a great week. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided for our large group. The owners have gone above and beyond in creating a perfect beach getaway home in Grand Haven!

Runabout Resort is a fabulous property, within walking distance to Grand Haven shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk and pier. We love to read on the cute front porch, and enjoy the backyard space grilling, eating outside, and throwing beanbags for corn hole. We enjoy taking a bike ride to the Farmer’s Market and riding along the channel. There is plenty of bedroom space and a large dining table. The house is well equipped with all you might need. We love the hosts and plan to come back next year!

Runabout Resort is a gorgeous home in a prime location of Grand Haven. Short walk to shops, eateries, boardwalk, beach and lighthouse.Home has everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Britta, the host, is welcoming and gracious and has put her personal touch in providing all the amenities. Large backyard with great patio and fire pit, perfect for dining outside or playing games. Runabout Resort is the perfect place to stay for relaxation, fun, comfort, good times and great memories!

We enjoyed this home in every way. The home had everything we needed from good beds, well appointed bathrooms and kitchen to a wonderful front porch and backyard that was well used and enjoyed by everyone in our group. The factor that put this property into our very top rating however, was the location. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the historic downtown, the boardwalk and the fountain. The town was a great location with plenty to enjoy. We would all love to return for another visit. Thanks for creating such a lovely vacation rental. One of the best I've ever stayed in.

This house was awesome for my kids and grandchildren. My daughter had her wedding in the area, and it worked out perfect. The home was beautiful, and the back yard was very nice with the patio and fire pit. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the front porch,too! This home is well supplied with everything you’d need as well. We’ll be back when we’re in the area.

This is our 4th year renting this property and we love it. It has enough bedrooms, a large backyard, and an awesome front porch. It is close enough to the downtown and the boardwalk to walk to every day. Great place to stay.

The property has every amenity you could want and is ultra clean. The owner was on-site when we arrived and showed us around and all of the features. The location was perfect, close enough to the downtown and beach yet far enough to be quiet. The owner also provides great tips & recommendations of activities happening during your stay. Definitely would stay here again.

We were up there for a family reunion. Each family had their own place. Everyone agreed ours was the most comfortable and complete. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds. Great for walking into town or the boardwalk. A bit far from the beach at the state park but just a quick car ride. We hosted a birthday party cookout one night. A fire pit party another night. And lots of sleepovers for the kids. One of the other family’s shared our meals every night. We had a wonderful time

This was our second stay at Runabout Resort and it was just lovely! Britta & Mike have made the experience so comfortable and welcoming with lovely decorating, many spaces for a large or small group to enjoy, and with all the necessities from home. We cooked almost every meal there during our 7-day stay because we loved being at the house so much! Also enjoyed the back yard & patio and the lighted front porch. Location is also fantastic!

Anniversary Trip
We loved staying in Runabout Resort for our anniversary week! Grand Haven is one of our favorite places to visit. Our adult children came and visited. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and back patio with the lights. We took walks along the boardwalk, enjoyed beautiful afternoons and sunsets at the beach, shopping, out to dinner and ice cream, rode bikes, corn hole, and made memories with the family! The house is very clean, decorated cute, comfortable, well-equipped, and Brittah makes sure your stay is amazing! Highly recommend and hope to come again!

Beautiful house
We would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the grand haven area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beautiful lake and beach. Wonderful back hard and front porch to enjoy with family. Had absolutely everything we needed. Beach stuff, bikes, and corn hole were great additions. Owners were wonderful and very helpful with questions. Would definitely stay again. Oh… and house was sooo clean! Perfect vacation!

A lovely home in. the perfect neighborhood
It was such a lovely home that was so equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect with the kindest neighbors and exactly the right walking distance to everything! I love what the owner has done with the home to allow so much space and places for people to be together or in their own reading nook!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and do hope that the opportunity arises so I will have more time to explore the area and enjoy the city!

The owner even provided s'more supplies for the backyard fire pit...which we didn't get to use because it rained! No surprise in Michigan early spring. We would gladly stay there again. A family wedding brought us to Grand Haven and this rental property was the perfect place for multiple family groups to stay comfortably. It was clean and well provided for our stay - as advertised.

Great week in Grand Haven at the Runabout Resort. Accommodations were excellent, close walk to town and short drive to State Park Beach. House has great amenities and plenty of space. Definitely will return!
