Access code didn’t work. Owner didn’t call me back. Carpets are old and black stains. Please replace them. Previous resident dirty clothes in our drawers. Teflon cookware is peeling. Get rid of it as it’s not healthy. Sink is dull and dirty. Master sink drains slow. Other bath sink leaks all over counter. Pictures on website indicate it’s a unit surrounding pool. Didn’t know we’d be next to the street. I wouldn’t have rented if I knew. Dresser is front bedroom is old and garage sale type. Twin bed sheets way too big. Beds were very small for adults. Microwave is from 2005. Get a new one. Only nice things was the shower head. Not having code access until Tuesday night was terrible. You should have intervened on behalf of your renters. I’ll never rent from you again.

We enjoyed our week at Siesta Dunes. Weather was great, beach was very clean. We like how secure the property was. The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, nicely decorated. It was nice to have the carport and the storage closet for the sandy toys, etc. We wished there were more little shops in the Village, parking was a pain.we would visit again.

Condo was short walk to beach..could use a little updating for condo itself and furniture(couch had no support in bottom)..complex was well kept and bathrooms from beach easy to access..security was visible and helpful..would stay here again..

Enjoyed our stay. Unit could of been cleaner Light bulbs out in bathroom- ran out of toilet paper Sofa bed was not made up and sheets did not fit when we tried to make it. Coffee mugs need replacement For cost unit should be “ refreshed” Beach is beautiful

Condo was perfect. Great bed, kitchen well stocked for cooking and well furnished. Would stay there again.

My adult family spent 2 weeks at this well equipped condo on beautiful Siesta Key Beach for a long overdue family reunion of 3 generations &16 people. This large condo is accurately described and very roomy for an adult family of 4. The beds are very comfortable, and both bedrooms have large closets to store your belongings(we did not use the sofa bed, so no comment there). The kitchen very well equipped, and an in condo stacked washer/dryer very convenient. Loads of seating at a large dining table, as well as in the living room, though we spent very little time indoors! The listing pictures could be updated as there is a new dining table and chairs, sofa and living room seating, new reading chaise in the master, and new TV's in Living Room and both bedrooms. The unit was very clean on arrival. I'm not a fan of fake plants Though they look nice, they had not been dusted in some time. My son and I have dust allergies. We put them on the lanai for our stay. This is truly the only negative comment I had with the unit! We had a little difficulty getting the keys as our flight was severely delayed. Other family members were able to pick them up for us, but then they were disturbed at 3am to give them to us. We also only received one key, but the office, upon request, was quick to have another cut for our use. I understand the condos are working to change to keyless entry, so this will rectify both these issues. The unit is well stocked with bath, beach and kitchen towels. The outside locker had lots of toys and coolers for use at the beach. You really just need to bring your clothes! This condo is situated an easy walk to Crescent Market, coffee, ice cream, bakery, pizza, oyster bar and bike rental shops. A hop on/off trolley runs the beachfront road all day long, so access to the village of Siesta Key is easy (simpler than driving your car!). The condo itself is situated close to the road, (so no beach view) but we didn't mind strolling through the property to get to the beach where we spent most days. We were able to reserve the Gazebo on the beach deck one evening where the 16 of us enjoyed dinner and one of the many magnificent sunsets so common the Siesta Key! The office staff were always easy to reach and quick with responses (before arrival and during our stay) as was security. The condo owner was a pleasure to deal with, prompt with replies and the closing procedures a breeze to do. I would highly recommend this unit and give 5 stars

Unit definitely needs some upgrades and maintenance. Not so bad that I wouldn't stay again. Actually asked to book next year during stay but was told already booked. Thought prior renter got to rent first for following year.

We absolutely loved the condo, had everything and more that you could ever need from fully equipped kitchen to beach towels and chairs to pool and beach toys. This is the best location on Siesta Keys, close to everything, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and close drive to Village that was super fun. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Loved it and will be back soon.

Wonderful location and beautiful resort-like setting. The beach was just a short walk away, you can’t beat the white sand. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

The condo and facilities were nice. There is full time security on the premises which monitor everything and honestly overbearing.

The pictures did not reflect the views that were presented. Could not see the pool or the Gulf. The condo layout was fine, but needs some updates. The carpets were beyond cleaning and need replaced and some mold around the bottom of the shower in the master bedroom. The process of mailing back the keys could be eliminated with new programmable lock that is on many of the units in the complex. For a first time trip to Siesta Key, there was nothing that ruined the trip. Just some small things for a premier host. This problem is with their cleaning service since the owners are in another country and can not check on them.

Our condo was all they said it was. The area was walkable and if not the free trolley was there to use.

This condo was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in- absolutely spotless! We loved the layout of the property. It was fun to gather on the sun deck each evening to watch the sunset. Least crowded area of the beach as well!!

Beautiful condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen was well stocked, nice large dining room table, lovely den area, screened in porch, nice bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool is a short walk from the condo and the deck right off the beach was our favorite place to relax! I highly recommend this property!

We really loved and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 2bed 2bath condo. Perfect location and awesome condo property and pool and grilling patio. Will love to come here again.

Perfect place, perfect location, and best vacation to date! We will def be back! My only suggestion is to bring a rolling beach cart if your lugging stuff down to the beach - fortunately this is a norm for us so we of course brought one, other than that everything else is provided!

I loved that I had covered parking for my car . Wasn’t fond of having to do stairs to the second floor.

Our stay in Bldg 8, unit 202 in Siesta Dunes was as good as we expected. The owner, Rocco, was very communicative and helpful. The u it is well supplied and clean. There is no doubt that we would try to rent from him again . Siesta Dunes itself is very well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay very much. However there were some issues with the master bath shower head and it did smell a little musty and was not able to open screened porch for air. Living area couches were not comfortable and worn. Enjoyed the property pool and beach despite everything else.

This is our third time at Siesta Dunes and we enjoyed a wonderful stay in this unit. Clean, well equipped, we particularly enjoyed the screened in space overlooking the courtyard. It was terrific to have sliders that could be closed during the cooler weather. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was another plus. The owner was easy to work with and responded to all of our inquiries in a timely fashion, and the Siesta Dunes staff does a great job of making your feel welcomed. In my opinion, this is the best resort on Siesta Key! We will return again in the future.

We have stayed at Siesta Dunes for many years and it is our favorite on the "island". This condo unit was very nice. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The beds were terrific. An easy and quick walk to the tennis courts. pool, hot tub, and beach. Our car and bike rental were under cover directly across from the unit. We really had no issues and loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer this year but hope we can return and rent from Rocco again!! He was extremely nice to deal with and very accommodating when we had to change our dates.
