Beachfront Year-round Property - Newly Renovated
Questa proprietà noleggio Cosey Beach si trova proprio sull'acqua, e si trova su una spiaggia sabbiosa privata. NOTA BENE: molte inserzioni sono ingannevoli, dal momento che mostrano viste sull'acqua e in seguito scoprirete che la proprietà si trova dall'altra parte della strada con "accesso alla spiaggia". Questa proprietà è la vera offerta. Tu ei tuoi figli potete nuotare direttamente nel mio cortile :-) I fuochi d'artificio della città del 4 luglio (di solito il sabato prima del 4 luglio per East Haven) vengono lanciati a circa 100 piedi a est sull'acqua. Ho incluso una foto di quest'anno!
Circondato da case da milioni di dollari, e con un estuario di acqua salata che impedisce qualsiasi costruzione dall'altra parte della strada, questo noleggio gode davvero di una posizione privilegiata!
Le tre camere da letto separate possono ospitare fino a 3 coppie o una famiglia di 6 persone con un numero uguale di ragazzi / ragazze. Entrambi i bagni hanno una doccia per accelerare la routine mattutina. Lo scaldacqua è nuovo e funziona in modo efficiente. C'è il calore centrale (gas naturale), per alleviare rapidamente qualsiasi calo di temperatura durante la notte. Ora abbiamo AC!
Pescare (raccomandare l'alta marea) direttamente dalla spiaggia del cortile o dal pontile roccioso adiacente per il branzino, il pesce azzurro, il pesce nero o la passera. Prendi i granchi blu (il mio preferito) nell'estuario dell'acqua salata dall'altra parte della strada!

It's our 5th year in this very house and we like it here!

Location was wonderful! You literally walk right out into the beach! Home had all the creature comforts. Neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. We fished right off the porch and caught our fair share of scup and dogfish. Property owner was quick to respond with a couple questions that came up. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The house was as described. My grandchildren loved having the beach for their backyard. We had one issue with the bedding. I wish it could have been resolved during our stay. That was the only down fall of our stay.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and nicely furnished, exactly as listed. Patrick provided good information about the property which made our stay enjoyable and worry free. We are looking forward to coming back.

We loved our stay in this special spot! Walking out right onto the beach was incredible as was the view. The house was quite charming and very comfortable for 6 people to stay in. It had everything we needed. It is very conveniently located to stores.
The owner was very responsive. Would recommend this quaint home to anyone who wants that old time cottage experience.

Visiting Yale for parents' weekend, brought our Yalies siblings, so wanted a larger place. Liked the space, comfort, and tranquility, while still being close to Yale, Wooster Square, etc.
Beds were a bit creaky, and front door was a bit stuck (just needed some muscle) but was still a wonderful stay.

This quaint cottage has plenty of room and all upgraded systems (showers, baths, hot water, etc.). The owner has been able to maintain its vintage ambiance (wood floors, zplank doors) while providing all the modern conveniences. Its as 'ocean front' as you can get with the lovely sound of waves lapping on the beach as you go to sleep.
The owner (Patrick) is personable and responsive (we had a question about the door lock).
Everything you need is there, but you might want to bring some Keurig pods if you want morning coffee.
We had an unbelievably enjoyable stay and look forward to returning.

This the perfect location to relax on the ocean, location is amazing! 2 delicious restaurants in walking distance. Great vineyard, Rose’s, is just a “Lyft” away. Beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Every thing at the house was good but the tv in the down stairs bedroom would not maintain a picture there seems to be a problem with the antenna.The porch area needs to be cleaned there were several items that were piled in the corners of the porch.The hose nozzle is broken.We still enjoyed our stay an have booked next year.Maybe those issues can be addressed.

Beautiful view, walk out to the beautiful beach smell the sea air hear the birds. Great family trip, more than enough to do local or even to walk to. Two of the three rooms have ocean view!

Patrick worked with us to book a quick stay during New Years. We had a great time and the house is in a prime location with the beach right out your back steps. It worked great for what we needed it for. Our only small critique is that the beds could use an upgrade.

We loved the place. The location is waterfront with a small private beach, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The area is residential - not commercial at all. That makes is very relaxing. But there is so much to do in the area, and we found a huge range of awesome food - from the traditional seafood to amazing Italian, and Puerto Rican. We also went 70 miles away for Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. Lots of fun! We also enjoyed seeing the Yale Campus, East Rock Park, and other local sites. The house has everything you need while you are there also. Great sunrises and sunsets!

The house sits right on the water. Just walk out the door and if the tides up, your feet will be wet in just a few steps. Can't beat the sound of the waves on the rocks or splashing on the beach. The more we were there the more comfortable we became. Nice spot. Our grandkids would have loved it.

We are parents and 5 month old baby family.
We stayed this house for 5 nights long Labor Day weekend.
We had really relaxed beach vacation.Beach is really few steps from a terrace.Since I had 5 month old son, we can’t get sunlight too long time but this house has nice shade at terrace so it was really perfect for us.
The house has everything we need.Room was very clean.Bed was comfortable.
We are very happy to have AC.Both bath room looks quite new and clean.We had some chance to talk with neighbors and they are very sweet and nice people.Very quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed BBQ there.Gas grill was a bit old but still works perfectly.The Gas tank was empty when we arrived so we had to fill the gas tank at hardware store near the house by ourself but it was not so big deal.It costs only $20.
If you want to have quiet beach vacation, I strongly recommend this place.

We had a great time - the location is brilliant and the house as listed. Only thing is the beds - a little small, squeaky and quite old linen. For the price I was expecting a little more bed comfort. Otherwise a lovely stay. Thanks

This is our 2nd time we love this house. They have updated kitchen and have AC except for 1.BR. The beach this year was a mess the reason we loved it lthe last time. Asked for.a.rake but had none. Grill advertised but no propane. Patrick said for us to.fill it. I felt this should have been done by the owner especially it' is listed. His handyman could have done this or gotten us a rake. You could see every one else had there beach cleaned. We had planned dinner to.cook on the grill but ended up using the oven. Looks like he could use a new grill. For some peeps these 2 things are no big deal but we were disappointed because.of it .we love to be on the beach but could not this time All else was great.

A fantastic beachside experience!
My family had such a lovely time at this beachfront cottage, we were easily and comfortably able to have three families (my husband and I and both of our sets of parents) in this cottage. The ocean was literally steps in front of the house, and the beach full of beautiful shells. If you’re looking for a beachside stay with family or friends, we definitely recommend this magical place!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay with beautiful views and chilly spring walks on the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking by the ocean. A nearby playground and public beach would be wonderful to visit in the summer.

Long weekend on the East Coast
5 of us stayed comfortably in this quaint beach house. 2 bathrooms sped up the morning prep. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. We had a few relatives come visit during the day and pick sea shells off the beach.
