A wonderful, relaxing, cosy home away. The wild life at night and birds in the morning are precious. Very Thank full.

The house offers great location with a fantastic beach walking distance away as well as a backyard into the NP. The house itself is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Loved it.

We loved the barefoot beach house. It was clean, we appreciated the big veranda with the great view to the garden! We enjoyed the stargazing from the backyard and made a great friendship with the local kangaroos and magpies! Overall highly recommended! Perfect for a family holiday!

Such a wonderful clean and light house that backs onto Innes National Park and is 2 mins walk from the beach. The hosts were great with communication and we enjoyed our stay so much. Will be back. Thank you

The property was perfect for our stay. The kids (and adults too!) loved the charming backyard and the wrap around veranda. The beds were comfortable and the newly renovated shower was very clean. The design of the house screamed beach vibes. Overall, loved our experience!

Barefoot was a very clean comfortable house with an excellent deck and view of the large bush back yard. The accommodation was in a great location to explore the National Park. Matt and Summa were excellent hosts to communicate with and answered Questions promptly and gave us extra information. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved the Barefoot Beachhouse! It was clean and comfortable and in the best spot. It was a nice size for our family of 4. We loved that we could walk out to the park and see so much wildlife from the deck. We had daily adventures throughout the park and didn't spend much time in the house during the day but appreciated the coziness when we returned each evening. Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back.

The location of this property was fantastic being so close to the Innes National Park! Our 3 children had so much fun running around the back lawn and it was so amazing to see emus walking around right in the backyard! My husband also loved being so close to the Marion Bay Jetty for the fishing! We had a fantastic time and we would definitely go back again and would be recommending to our friends!

We had a fantastic stay at Barefoot. It’s perfectly located right on the edge of Innes NP, close to beaches and great walks. The back deck has excellent views of the lake and surrounding bush land. Lots to do and explore in Innes NP. Visiting in spring offered us an abundance of wildflowers and many sightings of emu chicks being cared for by their parents.

Relaxing stay. A few additions would improve the stay. i.e cafe/bistro blinds to make outdoor area more useful, storage area for personal items, outdoor heater. Would recommend this for a week holiday as totally revitalising. Shane & Jen

We enjoyed our three night stay in this very comfortable beach house with a bushland outlook. A basic box of a building has been cleverly enhanced by lovely decks and beachy decorations, and by judicious placement of screens and tanks to provide privacy from the abutting suburban houses, whilst focussing on the bush view. Easy driving access to Innes National Park destinations.

It was a very well presented and the communication was excellent Even tho it rained all weekend it felt very relaxing and the kids loved seeing the emu’s

We absolutely loved our time at Barefoot!!!! The location was perfect with kids (8 and 11) able to run free in the bush setting yard which really does back straight on to Innes National Park - just let them roam with walkie talkie in hand to run around, build cubbies and spy on kangaroos and emus. The house felt like home the minute we stepped in and was very well equipped and clean. We had a lovely 5 min stroll to the spectacular lake and had a couple of drive visits into Innes to do some very clearly labelled and timeframe rated walks. Tried our hand at fishing at Stenhouse Bay Jetty but realized we are not much great at that over the gulf either, so opted for dinner at the local Tavern instead which was lovely. Would definitely return - I am actually annoyed at myself for not bringing my little family over to Yorkes sooner and was so happy to find a great option for a Winter escape.

Very nice home to stay in at Marion Bay. Location very handy. Tv was a little annoying to use, however we weren’t there for the tv. Thrers is so much to do around the area.

We had such an lovely and recovering weekend in Matt & Summa`s house, the location is perfect, we most enjoyed spending time on the deck-the silence there is priceless, sitting with a glass of wine, listening to birdsongs and watching the sunset-a dream......we would love to come back! The communication with them was easily!

It was comfortable. Access to the beach was a little difficult. Some maintenance on property is required & couldn’t use outside shower as there was no hose attached There is no clear instructions on if water is drinkable. The wild life & star gazing was amazing!

Great location being right on the edge of Innes National Park and close to everything in Marion Bay. The property has everything you need, and is clean and modern. The decking is perfect for lounging around relaxing, with the pergola providing plenty of shade from the afternoon sun. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a stay in the Southern Yorke Peninsula!!

Comfortable and clean but needs a verandah to shade the deck. The sheer curtains would give no protection from the summer sun and the house is quite warm on a mild day. Bathroom needs a new vanity and the timber floors need re-sealing.
