We come to Marco Island every year for the week after Christmas and are very familiar with the island. Our stay in this house was a great experience - great pool and outdoor area, nice renovations and furnishings, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The ride to the beach was perfect for our kids - ages 7, 11, and 15. We enjoyed the proximity to the Publix and local restaurants.

This house is a wonderful property. It’s close to everything and is very welcoming and cozy. The pool and patio are fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need if you are cooking meals at the house. We would definitely come back!

This property was perfect for our family of 5, 3 kids ages 8-15. The experience was top notch beginning with the booking as Michael was a fantastic host. He was easy to communicate with, was prompt and accessible, and checked in on us to make sure things were going well without being invasive. Check in was a breeze as Michael gave well detailed instructions and we were pleasantly surprised by fresh cut flowers, a bottle of wine and disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer; these extra touches were certainly unexpected but much appreciated. The house was roomy yet cozy, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs and sand toys, and even bikes for use! They also supplied enough paper products and cleaning supplies for the entirety of our stay which has been a rarity in my experience with rental homes and we have rented many. We loved the screened patio as there was a ton of space and seating and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temp so the kids were able to enjoy it even when the temps got a little chilly. The location was great, very convenient to many of the things we were interested in-either a short drive or reasonable bike ride depending on how many things we were bringing with us. Two of our vacation highlights were taking an airboat tour in the mangroves of Everglades City, and renting an offshore boat from Rose marina to take to Kice Island to make all of our shelling dreams come true! We also enjoyed both of the public beaches- South Marco and Tigertail, a few restaurants and Annie's ice cream shop, and the Marco Island farmer's market. Thanks for sharing your home with us as it was a large part of making our vacation experience perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this place again should we ever have to good fortune to come back to Marco Island!

We truly enjoyed this home and the surrounding area! Very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We rode bikes to the beach and used the pool everyday. Michael made this feel like our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and property has everything needed to live for several months. The house was very clean and attention to many details such as the kitchen was neatly organized. The towels in the bathrooms were folded all the exact same way and neatly placed in the closets. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for over flow items. There are bikes in the garage to ride. We brought our road bikes and enjoyed riding every morning. The pool area is easy to enjoy and we especially enjoyed the nice grill on the lanai for evening meals. The house has tile floors throughout which lends to its cleanliness. The house has been updated and is spacious. I would stay in this property again . Loved our stay.

This home was bigger and better than we expected. We’ve stayed at houses that show well online but don’t quite live up to expectations. This was certainly not the case.. Entrance/ check in was convenient. Upon arrival we noticed extra touches like hand sanitizer and wipes and a welcoming bottle of wine. The house is very nicely decorated and finishes are up to date. The kitchen was stocked- blender and all the gadgets you need. The grill worked well for cooking the fish we caught. Beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. The TV was very large and the sectional was large enough for 5-6 people. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables. The pool was delightful! It was clear and kept at a good temperature. The pool floats were an unexpected pleasure. We appreciated not having to pack beach towels too. The house is located conveniently near everything you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and we were there over New Years! We enjoyed multiple beach outings so the beach chairs were ideal. The bikes were in good condition. Overall, we highly recommend this home to anyone. Michael was quick to respond and super helpful.

Our family of 5 enjoyed this last-minute getaway! Michael communicated promptly & made the check-in/out process a breeze. The home was clean & well-stocked with necessities. We were delightfully surprised by the beach chairs & bikes available for our use! Also, the location is great and it was very easy to get around.

I’ve been going to Marco for 28 years V and I’ve rented several homes. I must say this property was definitely a favorite! From the cleanliness, to the warm pool, the FULLY stocked kitchen, the nice washer and dryer, bicycles, beach chairs and toys, The heated pool, I could go on and on! But, my favorite part was that Michael (the owner) was available at all times with any questions I had.... that was really refreshing as I haven’t always had that experience! Thank you Michael for sharing your amazing home with us! We will definitely return.

Home was really well stocked, with anything you could have wanted - lots of towels, kitchen gadgets and tupperware, basic tools, throw blankets, the list goes on. Location was a great access point to all things Marco, and the pool was great. Some light switches were hard to find and figure out - a quick list or maybe labels would go a long way.

This place was amazingly clean. Michael was easy to work with and always responded. Will no doubt stay there again soon.

We loved the location and cleanliness of this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was fully stocked with towels and everything we needed for the beach as well. The kids enjoyed the heated pool too! It was perfect for our two families of 4. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at the Sun Island Beach House. The place was very clean and stocked with all the amenities of home. The location was great, close to everything on the island, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the heated pool, bikes, and walking in the neighborhood. When we were home we spent most of our time around the pool relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Michael the host was great and easy to get a hold of if anything came up. The couples we traveled with loved the place and enjoyed morning coffee by the pool and were very happy with how clean the place was and how well stocked the kitchen was with everything you need to cook in if you like. We visited all the beaches on Marco, they have several public beach accesses just a short drive from the house, some were within walking distance if you prefer that. They had a map in the house of bike paths around the entire island and they were very nice and wide and we biked on most of them. We had such a great relaxing time and that is why we booked this vacation to get away from work and the cold weather. We all said that we would defiantly come back and enjoy the Sun Island Beach House. Thanks Michael for letting us rent you little slice of heaven on Marco Island. Randy

The house was perfect for our stay in Marco Island, Florida. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and beautifully decorated! We loved staying here. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Beautiful heated pool. We loved the use of the bikes. It was just a great place to stay, close to groceries, shops and beaches. Great location.

This vacation home on Marco was an excellent! Convenient location, bikes to enjoy and wonderful pool area with grill. The home was very well stocked with anything that you would need. The owner was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Our family loved the relaxing week that we spent in this home. Would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect place to stay! We rent through VRBO/Homeaway at least twice a year, and this is by far one of the best places we've stayed! It is conveniently located to everything, including two grocery stores and Mackle Park (a "must go" if you have children). It was very spacious and SO clean. All of the furniture (especially the beds)and appliances are great quality and comfortable- a rare find in most rentals. Michael was also very accommodating with information and questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This home is exactly as described. We stayed here with our children. It is close to all activities. The home has new décor and furniture. It was warm and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again.

Home was very inviting. It had everything one would need for a great beach vacation, just add food and drinks. Beach was just minutes away. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Kids had a blast at the pool.

This home was wonderful. My family and I stayed a week and loved every minute. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need and even things you wouldnt even think of such as blow dryers and straighteners. The pool was very refreshing, clean and big enough for the 5 of us to enjoy. The house was very clean and updated. Michael the owner was available for anything we needed. The location of the home is great just down the road from the shops/grocery stores. This was my first time using this site for a rental and we will definitely be back next year!!!
