The home is incredibly well-appointed and comfortable - the living area boasts large stuffed couches and a recliner and the attached balcony boasts a great view of the sunset over the ocean.

I only used one bedroom but the unit has two master bedrooms with king-sized beds and another smaller bedroom with two double beds. There are two large, full-sized bathrooms with fantastic water pressure and plenty of mirror space.

The kitchen is all-modern and unlike other vacation rentals, where cheap plates and pans are available, this unit offers top-of-the-line settings, pans and appliances.

Convenience-wise, you can't do better. You're a two minute drive from a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Home Goods and restaurants. The highway is equally close and you're a very short drive to the Cedros district and Hwy 101.

The location is just off of the golf course and the area is exceedingly quiet and private. At night you can enjoy really nice strolls around the cart paths.

Only downside had nothing to do with the property but with the landscaping team, who have a work station across from the unit. One of the guys refuses to park with his co-workers and instead parks outside of the unit, blocking either the three public parking spots or your garage, making it so difficult to back out that I used the public spots exclusively.

I highly recommend this property. It is comfortable, elegant, quiet and convenient - a top notch place to enjoy our beautiful North County lifestyle.

The living room also features a large-screen TV with standard cable and the ability to log into your Netflix account. There's also a table with six chairs for family meals or for use as a work space. I only used one bedroom but the unit has two master bedrooms with king-sized beds and another smaller bedroom with two double beds. My bedroom had a large TV with local cable, a ceiling fan to control the temperature and an incredibly comfortable mattress. There are two large, full-sized bathrooms with fantastic water pressure and plenty of mirror space. Extra paper goods are available and our rental agent also provided us with paper towels, TP and laundry and dish detergents, which was a nice touch!
