L'appartamento vacanze Seatime è un appartamento monolocale recentemente ristrutturato e ben arredato proprio nel cuore di Sidmouth, a solo un minuto a piedi dal centro della città e dalla spiaggia.
L'appartamento offre una casa lontano da casa e ha tutto quello che si può desiderare per un soggiorno confortevole tra cui una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, cucina soggiorno con divano letto doppio, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, tv a schermo piatto / DVD, completamente attrezzata con nuovo fornello, lavastoviglie, frigo / freezer, forno a microonde e un ampio bagno nuovo con vasca e doccia. C'è anche sdraio leggeri di peso ad assumere la breve passeggiata per la spiaggia!
Seatime è un appartamento al primo piano di studio in un piccolo blocco di 4, accessibili su una rampa di scale e si accede attraverso un atrio comune. Per le opzioni di parcheggio gratuito, si prega di chiamare il proprietario.

2nd stay at this appartment and will come again place is very clean and tidy everything you need and 2mins walk to seafront and pub,parking place was allocated outside aparrtment(great stay).Mr Mrs C Green.

Good location near to the town and beach. Flat was clean and tidy. Communication was excellent from the host and check in was straightforward.

Lovely place with all that we needed - a cosy atmosphere, comfy beds, a useful kitchen, Smart TV and a great bathroom! The CNN location is fantastic, right by the sea.

Lovely stay in Sidmouth
The studio was very clean and had everything for self catering..It was good to have free car parking as it is quite expensive to park.The property was a minute from town and the sea front.Brilliant position.Lovely stay,would highly recommend.

We had a brilliant weekend in Sidmouth thank you. Apartment is very homely and cosy and well equipped. Also in a great location for the town and beach so best of both worlds.

Relaxing Break
The property is really nice, it is clean and bright with all that you need to be self sufficient, including washing up liquid, dishcloths, soap etc. which I did not expect. Parking and bus stop very close and just minutes away from the beach and town. Overall a very enjoyable few days, Sidmouth is lovely, will certainly be going again.

This apartment has an excellant position in central Sidmouth. Quiet, clean, comfortable and everything you need at hand to stay for a few days.

Only stayed for 3 nights the apartment was clean well looked after and had everything you need.
We have already said that we will return so close to sea front and all amenities

A very comfortable base
Very good facility, strategic location - close to centre and most tourist venues in the town. Good set of cutlery and dishes. Nice touches: hanging posters.. double mattress a little too soft.. no lids for the pans in kitchen.. good sofa bed, refreshing easy-to- work shower . A great little place to base

Compact but shame the oven door does not open fully! The seagulls playing football on the roof make it a bit noisy especially at 4am!! Uncomfortable sofa.

On arrival we found the place to be clean, tidy and airy. However the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress had given way on one side making you feel as if you would roll out if you relaxed, and the sofa really wasn't fit for purpose (I make beds, sofas and sofa beds for a living). We also had an issue with flat 21 playing very loud music, slamming doors and entertaining several friends even though we were still in lockdown. The kitchen tap was not fixed to the sink, so you had to hold the whole thing to turn it on, the electric plug socket was hanging from the wall (although was fixed when we called the owner). Overall it was disappointing and we decided to return home from our holiday a day early to get some much needed sleep

EXCELLENT CENTRE LOCATION
The access by car from the promenade is straight forward and the single room apartment is comfortable and surprisingly spacious with lots of light from the windows. It's location is superb - only a few minutes walk from any part of the centre of Sidmouth and the sea front. Thoroughly recommended.

Can't fault any of the process as all done very smoothly even in these covid times. Been a great few days. Property is close to beach and shops. Great location for visiting the area.

Excellent apartment with all you need for a pleasant visit. Clean warm and well equipped. Bonus of a parking space. Perfect for shops and beach. Really like the friendly town and beautiful surroundings. Only lack - no where to put toiletries in bathroom.

Cosy apartment in great location
Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. all facilities were exactly as advertised. Car parking right in the middle of Sidmouth is a real bonus and only 100 yards from the sea and town centre!
I was perfect for a relaxing break away from 'normality'.

excellent stay
WE really enjoyed our stay lovely apartment and very clean.
The only problem I had was the steps up to the apartment, but for able bodied people it would be perfect, and it was
really close to the shops and the sea.

Absolutely perfect for our needs ideal for a short stay
Very well thought out layout
Lots of care taken to ensure the flat was carefully managed for the current pandemic. Tracey was very willing to sort out any of our queries.
The weather was perfect and lovely to be both close to shops and the beach.

We have recently been to visit friends who retired to Sidmouth and we booked Seatime for our 5 night stay, which proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment is light, bright and well decorated with a sea-side and nautical themes. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. TV with DVDs a nice touch if you are unfortunate with the weather. We were lucky with the weather so were out most of the time.but we did pop back a couple of times and enjoyed a coffee sitting at the table on the outside communal balcony. Apartment is very well situated and close to all amenities in the town centre, local shops and eateries and the beach. We would definitely stay at Seatime again if we visit the area as it provided us with our own private little holiday home from home. Thank you Tracey - you have provided everything a holiday maker could need and more.

Perfect Location
Small studio flat with a modern and well cared for look and feel. Good spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean and what looks like new carpet through main room. Small kitchen with good dishwasher, cooker, fridge and cupboard space. Not much in the way of cooking equipment for the oven.

Very nice modern and tastefully decorated apartment. Loved the seaside theme. It was cosy, comfy and convenient. Owner very helpful and replied quickly to my communications. Would definitely book again if I return.
