El personal muy amable

No me gusto la ubicación en medio de un mercado y mucha basura !

La atención del personal... inmejorable... las instalaciones muy bien... y todo muy limpio... sin duda volvería...

Es peligroso caminar por la noche en esa zona... utilizar taxi o Uber... y no hay problema...

the place was very clean and people running it were also very nice

the room had no exterior window and the interior window facing the hall. as it was hot, during the day the room remained very hot all night long. It had a fan, but it was actually blowing towards the ceiling which provided some circulation. also, someone started smoking and talking in the smoke filled my room.

Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly.

The bed was a little bit too hard.

The location within a lively market. A stone throw from the Cathedral and the pedestrianised area with cafes and restaurants. Ms Sol and Mr Hector and all the hotel staff go well over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home.

Everything was perfectly fine

Marta and Hector are very accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is quite close to the Centro, and as well the Mercado San Juan de Dios is just a couple streets over. WI-FI functions well. Bed a bit too hard for my comfort.

Rooms are very basic and could use a bit of renovating.The neighborhood, although a bit gritty, didn't seem particularly unsafe but I didn't walk alone at night.

The family who runs it are very sweet and kind. They are very willing to help you with anything. Kind and friendly.

Well it’s about 33% overpriced for what you get. No AC, poor wifi and more limited TV. A couple other hotels nearby offer all those amenities, while 1 is actually cheaper and the other is the same price for a huge room, AC, big TV with lots of channels. So for the price charged it is lacking.

The room size was clean and comfortable with the least space. The noisy fan in the room worked well.

The wifi was completely unusable, especially on the first night we stayed. A taxi driver said the area was dangerous, but it was OK unless you go out at night. The hotel has a main gate and had to ling every time we went out and came back, which was a bit annoying.
