Charming decor, very good location, easy to find parking

It would be nice to be able to drive right up outside hotel to unload but that's not a big issue

Location was great, walking distance to parking and walking distance many venues in the city.

The rooms had thin walls, and we heard the neighbors a little too much. Lights and mirrors in bathroom, not very convenient for applying make up.

We had the largest room (Residential suite) which was gorgeous and very big. The whole look and feel of the hotel is fresh and modern, yet cosy. I asked for both the Romantic and Birthday balloons and the room looked very festive when we arrived. Breakfast is a la carte, not that many choices, but fresh, diverse and good. It is very close to the center and a 15 min walk from the station. We really enjoyed our stay

The room was extremely hot and we could not discover how to make it colder.

Location of the hotel is great, as is the general design concept. Characteristic details of the original building were integrated in the new design.

Soundproofing of the room is mediocre and the housekeeping should take the effort to clean horizontal surfaces above 1m: all skirting, hinges and light fittings were covered in a thick layer of dust.

Elevator doesn’t fit some strollers. it also doesn’t fit a stroller and a pregnant lady…

I am not sure how this hotel claims to be a 4 stars hotel: 1-Check in desk is not available 24/7 , not even 12/7 2-elevator as shutdown at night 3- staff are not friendly or helpful 4-Hotel is dirty

Construction works right next to the room with disturbing noise

The hotel is conveniently located to city centre. The bed was very comfortable and big. Coffee nachine in the room saved having to go to the bar downstairs

Parking was in a street around the back and you needed to drag your suitcase across cobbles to get to the hotel
