Starting from Tzoula from Reservations who immensely helped with everything, once we arrived, the reception and Concierge team were exceptional. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Every single team member from the front of house team was so professional, friendly and warm and they knew their job so well. The staff during breakfast were so helpful and friendly. Honestly, what an experience. It's the place but also the people who make the place. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

not 5*. terrible gym, no pool, no where to relax as the entire of Nammos is built to party, no cheaper or easier menu options. no water to shower day we arrived. aircon stopped working and they couldn’t fix it. no replenishment of tea, coffee or toilet rolls in the room.

The location is amazing, at a great beach, right in front of Nammos and the beach is protected from the strong winds. The staff is super nice and always willing to help the guests.

After the change of control and name, the hotel is now part of Nammos. Although that is great, it also brought some issues. The main one is that there’s no restaurant or bar at the N hotel during the day anymore, and is room service only, or beach service (also by Nammos). However, the room service also is serviced by Nammos, and the menu is quite short and it also can take quite a while to arrive. Another minor thing to keep in mind is that if you want to relax/sleep in your room during the day, that can be quite challenging as the music at Nammos is very very loud during the day, and it can be difficult to rest, if you want to :)

Property and staff were amazing. Rooms were modern and clean but a bit small for price…but it’s Mykonos in July. Breakfast was delicious. One of the best I’ve had with hotel stay. Being at Nammos was highlight. Free beach chairs and again just outstanding service from beach and restaurant staff. My only complaint was the bed and pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

no English tv apart from news, no films, room smaller than a shoebox, wrong information from host, rubbish choice in minibar, breakfast very poor. no bar in the hotel.
