The view of the mountain is spectacular from the hotel. The style and Decorations are really pretty. Every space was utilized to the max.

Room was small for 4 adults. Bed was really uncomfortable and we really didn't have space to move around or even change. It even felt like there was no oxygen. Hotel is bit far from the town's center.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location.

The restaurant below the hotel played music very loud until 3 in the morning. I now the hotel can't do anything about it - just don't stay in the rooms on the same level as reception on a Friday or Saturday night. Earplugs didn't even help - that is how loud the music is.

the Pool (really small), only one trash can in the room, dangerous corners in the bed base (sharp edges), also bath tub was outside the room overall, the hotel should think to satisfy the customers at maximum level

The view was so beautiful. The little restaurant was really nice. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed drinking some wine late at night.

The noise. The hotel is terribly noisy. The rooms are not well designed, so we could hear people partying until 3am. The hotel rules claim a 11pm quiet hour, but no staff is available after 11pm to enforce the rules. It's unfortunate too. The hotel is adorably quaint and the staff was friendly. We just didn't get any sleep. I should've listened to all the other negative reviews about the noise.

The hotel is very nice with small terraces, rustic rooms and very cosy exterior and interior. they have a very nice Wine cellar with local wines. it was definitely a bonus that the restaurant were open until 10:00 pm, as not much else were open nearby.

1. the wifi is almost non-existent 2. The restaurant uses some very good basic materials, they are just not very good at preparing them. i would train my kitchen staff better, as that is a minus. but the food were edible, so not a problem. 3. If you advertise fruit juice for breakfast, you should supply it. it gives a less positive impression, when you say that you do not have it……. 4. If you have a Wine cellar, the staff should know about the wines. We ordered a bottle of wine two evenings and both nights had delivered a wrong wine. Not as such a problem for us, as we chose to say nothing, because it were the same age and almost the same grapes as those originally ordered. but it was not the same wines😂😂. 5. five star hotel……..then there should not be dirty dishes, cups or glasses in the garden from the day before.

Hotel is at the foot of the monolith. My room had an amazing view. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

We enjoyed the hotel and plan to return.

Hotel location is very convenient to visit Pena de Bernal. Hotel venues are well decorated and comfy. all very clean.

The location was fantastic; the hotel has great views of Peña de Bernal. The staff is also super helpful and kind. The breakfast didn’t provide many options, but it was tasty.

I didn’t like my room at all. Part of the experience was that part of the Peña is inside the room. Although it is unusual and may seem interesting, it is neither practical nor comfortable. The stone took over a large portion of the room, so I had to hop on the bed to reach my side. Also, it made the whole room VERY humid, had no cell service, and limited Wifi signal.
