Luca and Alessandro were both very kind and very attentive to our needs. Check-in was easy. The house, room, bathroom, living area, and yard were all beautiful and spacious. Plenty of car parking conveniently located safely on the street (house is in a gated community). Breakfast was pleasant, standard for Sicily, and filling.

The house is not walking convenient to any facilities or restaurants, which is not a problem if you have a rental car. Air conditioner was not working, but this was a minor inconvenience with the window opened.

location – in a closed living complex, the house is surrounded by trees; quiet area - the only noise is from the singing birds; spacious room and bathroom; air-conditioning; easy and secure parking in front of the house; shutters on the windows; adjacent to the room private huge terrace with its own ceiling fan; winter garden; personal attention from the hosts - Luka and Alex – Thank you for that!

location - you are lost without transport; no bidet in the bathroom; fixed on the ceiling shower; the bathroom stinks; bathroom needs more cleaning and probably reconstruction; the bathroom was the most annoying hotel bathroom I've ever visited; no glasses in the room; breakfast time is from 9 to 10 o'clock - may start much earlier; there is not a daily cleaning; worn-out towels; breakfast provided acceptable variety but the quantity could be more generous;

Location, very friendly and helpful owners. Quick respording for issues. Villa as building itself; it looks exactly like italian villa should look like

Wi-fi could work better in whole house; breakfast should have more vegetables

I really liked the territory and the terrace. The garden is beautiful. And the view of the mountain. The hotel was clean and well-tended. Chiara and Alessandro were helpful. Ready to solve any problems. And I especially enjoyed the tranquility and peace.

There were two things that I would have improved. First the room and the bathroom were separate. So I had to get through the corridor to get there. And the lockers. It was challenging to lock the door.

Everything perfect. Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful. They let us to check in earlier. Breakfast was very good (could have more salty/veggie options, but anyway ok) and we even got it prepared earlier on our last day. 24h available kitchen and you can take cofee, tee, water, fruits. Garden is beautiful, with view of nearby Monte Pellegrino, bad we did not have time to properly enjoy it. Neighbourhood is safe to park your car and go to the city center with AMAT bus.

Beautiful villa on a private residential area of Mondello, super safe to leave the car, offers a private parking in front of the house. The hosts are super friendly and elastic with check-in/check-out times, we even got a free room update :) We loved the surrounding, locasion near the beach and easy drive to Palermo (bus 806). The breakfast was also very fresh and tasty with some salty options too :)

The location is exceptionally placed near Mondello Beach, in front of Mount Pellegrino, just outside of the crowded traffic in Palermo. So you can enjoy a quiet environment, no hassle parking, and only few minutes drive to the city. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, the villa offers large spaces, a very nice garden, facilities where you can work, relax, cook yourself should you wish to

A minor note about the bed, for my best comfort it should have been a bot more stiff

The house is beautiful and the location amazing. Luca is a great host, we wish to return and stay for longer.

The villa was in gated community, in peacefull, safe, green environment, with births singing in the morning. It has big green courtyard with sofa available for seat. The beach Mondelo is 25 min by foot, or you can go by car. The breakfast was OK,.italian, only sweets think are available. The hosts are very polite and helpfull.

It need little bit remodeling, as the villa is old. It will be good to put mosquitto nets.

The staff guy Luca. He was kind, funny and speaks english like anyone else (who we met, of course) in the Sicily.

The location is in a group of villas in a private residential area verry quiet lots of flowers palm trees and vegetation so for those who seek privacy and verry good security is perfect.

Luka, we all, my friend, I and our child appreciate Your kindness. The villa is perfect and You are more than perfect, all was great, - without Your kindness our journey with child would be harder. We really liked the willa, our room was more than we expected, the view from the window, the garden and cosiness and of course Your help to get to the beach and Palermo's center were excelent performance. Our child was crying in the morning and say that he want to stay longer here👍🤩 Big big Thank You from us! 🤗
