A nice B&B where 86jr old mama lives in the adjacent appartment. Very friendly people You really live in their house! Simple italian breakfast.

During heavy cold winds it's also cold in the B&B. Fortunately the airco/heating in the room en did work :)

Great property in a fantastic location. Luigi was an excellent host and the room was fantastic value for money.

the breakfast was very poor only one coffee one croissant and had to eat outside in the bar downstairs.

Nice little B&B in Gaeta. Five minutes walk to the beach and to the other amenities. Very knowledgeable and friendly owner Luigi, spoke very good English. Parking and breakfast included. Balcony was a nice bonus. The bathroom was very big and clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night of sleep. Lift access to the B&B too.
