We had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the keyholder to arrive after we indicated that we would be there between 14h00 and 15h00
The kitchen was ant-ridden since the word go. We had to buy insecticide spray for the ants, but the next morning all our foodstuff that was on the counter were infested with ants, spoilt and we had to get rid of it. The ants even managed to get into the pots and pans which had a lid on. We were forced to store all our new foodstuff, potatoes, onions, coffee, even rusks, cookies, chips etc in the fridge. We had to bear the ant-infestation for 5 days. Ants...Ants...and more ANTS !!!

Specious house with great amenities incl. washing machine and dryer & a view on the ocean. Great communal outdoor pool a short walk away.

Locatie met redelijk uitzicht
Gedateerde woning. Zo kun je in 2024 niet meer verhuren. Badkamers met gebroken tegeltjes, geen mengkranen, oude toiletten. Vond het ook niet echt schoon ( vochtig doekje gebruikt, maar bergeten schoon te maken). Mieren in de keuken !! Inrichting was ten tijde van oplevering vast prima Nu oogt het sleets!!

Location and comfortable house, accommodating us. Previous tenants left house filthy with dirty carpets but Solomon and his team came back next day to clean lounge carpet.
Home needed cleaning extensively and was inly semi- ready by 4 pm. Otherwise a lovely stay! Helpful cleaners👏👏👏

Check in was complicated, the person meeting us was 30 minutes late and uncontactable during that time

Nice and clean House in a safe Environment, Good braai facilities, Nice views from the golf course, big pool and nice playgrounds for the kids, animals.
That its not easy just to go to the beach.
and if youre not golfing, you might feel a Bit out of Place like we did.

- The staff is nice
- The security is good (inside a golf estate)
- The facilities is deprived and not good as we expected.
- We came as a group but they arranged two apartments that is too far from the other one.

The house is absolutely wonderful, very spacious. It was the perfect stay with our 2 kids! The host came in a golf cart and was super friendly. We also made use of the large outdoor pool which is quite near. Wholeheartedly recommended.

In confirming letter, we were told that we may park on the grass. Neighbour complained to security, who sent security supervisor to instruct us to move our car off the grass. We found that insulting & embarrassing.

Breakfast was not included. Unit was good, but older & needs some upkeep & maintenance.
Fantastic location & estate is a real bonus
There are no fans or air-con in unit, very uncomfortable on hot or cold days.
DSTV was not working, due to non payment or something like that, that was very unprofessional.
No-one was on-site to greet us
No provision for load-shedding
