WiFi was poor TV didn't work

I was originally booked w palm tree villas at a value of aus$49.00 then closer to my date of arrival got a msg saying the air-conditioning in the room is broken and had to move me into another villa at 81 which cost nearly double the original price. I arrived 3 hours early to check in and was charged 200pesos per hour. I had 1000 bill and the room attendant didn't have any change. Spent all day chasing them around for my change. The room wasn't too bad. The bed was too small for me. I'm 5'11. Internet was soo slow. Check out time was 12.00 but the expecting me to leave around 9-10 because they had another customer due at 12. Never ever will I recommend this place to anyone. Rather spend a little more and get a proper hotel w service.

Location is very accessible to airport T3 and so many shops nearby.

Bedsheets and towels were old. Rest were fine.

sorry to say there’s a list of it 1) was not informed that there was a fine for early check in 2) the bed sheets were old but clean though 3) the bathroom light is flickering 4) I couldn’t find any flat iron

Nice pool (rained when I was there unfortunately) and the room was comfy and very clean with all basics supplied.

The curtains let in a lot of light so it was diffeifult to sleep on my layover

Nutze das Hotel für das lange Warten auf den Weiterflug nach Europa. Dies nicht zum ersten Mal. Das Hotel liegt drekt an Terminal 3 und man kann bequem zu Fuß dorthin laifen.

Convenience as accessibie to almost everything

Need repainting, a heater in the shower and security is not consistent with allowing taxi drivers to go into the property. We had lots of luggages and initially the taxi we booked was not allowed to go in and we had to go out of the barrier.

Cleanl. Caretaker response very fast and kind. Good location.

Bed is very thin and old.

Night of arrival was the internet unavailable. Very ennoying when you have to check in, vc with girlfriend and family to organize arrival at home, and to let them know you arrived safelyt

The air conditioner went out. My thanks to the staff for the quick response and transferring me to another room.

The owner and caretaker are considerate and kind. The place is clean and as expected of the palm tree villas,its a safe place to stay while you're in the city.

The balcony door lock is broken. No washing machine.

Great and very close to Runway Manila. Handover of keys could have been smoother but I did arrive earlier than expected. Help was at hand though and the situation quickly resolved

Early check in was available. I hadn't realised this when booking. Would have used at time of booking had I known. Ther is a charge of course and I didn't realise that until I arrived at apartment.

Great spot - short walk from NAIA 3. Host was helpful with organising the caretaker after our flight was delayed. Nice little market stalls, eateries and shops close-by. Apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for 3 of us.
