Really enjoyed the stay, great location and close to lots of very good beaches.

O condomínio é bastante simpático. Bastante próximo das piscinas e todas as pessoas a trabalhar no condomínio são simpáticas bem como o proprietário. O ponto negativo foram as várias baratas que encontramos no apartamento, que fez com que não pudéssemos desfrutar da nossa estadia como gostaríamos. Obrigada

We have just got home from spending 10 days in Sao Rafael. The apartment met all of our needs. It was much more comfortable to have two bedrooms rather than pulling out a sofa bed for the kids each night as per previous package holidays. The kitchen and bathroom offer everything required, and it is so handy to be able to wash towels if you need or make lunch at home before heading back out to the pool. Having the TV and internet was great too especially in the evenings with the kids. The apartment is situated literally steps from the pool which is really nice. It is well managed so it is clean and great for families. There is a handy bar for drinks and food if you need it. In the other direction there is the beach. Also really nice and clean but can get busy and expensive to rent a sun bed with umbrella (18 euros). We bought a sun umbrella and left it in the apartment - much more reasonable. We would highly recommend doing the kayak tour from the beach. The apartment is about a 20 min walk from the marina which has nice bars/restaurants and a Spar. The old town is a bit further and so we used the local taxi company which was so easy with their Taxi1 app. Taxi would arrive in minutes and it cost about 6 euros. We do think that hiring a car could be helpful, especially if you wish to explore the wider area. Down by the beach there is a restaurant called Praia Grande. We went 3 times and always had a lovely meal, lovely service and a fantastic sunset view out to the Atlantic! There is an Aldi and a Lidl in the old town and we would recommend going there to stock up. The local mini market was extortionate. We would happily rent this apartment again and recommend it to friends/family.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave vaisselle.

This is our 2nd stay and we will be back again right next to pool 5 minutes to beach and 5 minute drive to main town. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need

The flat is very spacious, located in a perfect location just 500m from Sao Rafael beach. It also has a good equipped kitchen and all rooms are comfortable. The pool in the flat area is big and makes it a good alternative to the beach. Plus, there is a small bar in the pool area which is very much convenient.During our stay we had one issue with the water drainage in the bathroom. The issue was quite unpleasant and could not be fixed while we were there. Kevin was quite accessible since we booked the flat and also during our stay, trying to get the bathroom issue fixed.

Great location with two excellent beaches (with beach bars) & some very good restaurants nearby. Approx. 2 mile walk to the old town (watch out for the dogs near the marina!). Everything you need in the apartment for your stay and the complex has a great pool. A car may be useful, but not totally necessary as the area has a good taxi service. Avoid the local mini markets and make a point of hitting lidl (not walkable to, approx 3-4miles) early on in your stay. Very nice relaxing location for a holiday. Thanks Kevin.

Very clean and spacious apartment right next to the pool and 5 minute walk to an amazing beach 10 minutes by car to albuferia will definatley stay again

We had a truly great holiday in Sao Rafael. A wonderful little spot and a lovely apartment with everything we needed. We are going back there this year and probably the next.

Cracking location and good, spacious apartment with great access to swimming pools and local beaches. A fantastic area and great for kids. Beaches are truly stunning. Would definitely come again!
