Great place to stay
We loved staying here and the owner was just brilliant when he helped sort a few things out #myhero. Great contact all the way through and we made to feel at home from the outset. Great access to pools and good nightlife near by. Loved our stay. Thank you Ridha.

Very good apartment
The apartment was exactly as described.
We were well looked after by the owner and the check-in and check-out procedure went very smoothly.
Good access to trains and buses and there is a useful shop very close.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great location.
My wife and I have just returned from a ten day stay in Torremolinos We were a bit sceptical initially as the reviews seemed too good to be true. However this apartment not only lived up to the reviews, it exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed to help make it a great holiday. The apartment was spotless, with plenty of room. The location is perfect with everything within walking distance. There are also good transport links close by if you want to go further afield. We will most certainly be returning. Ridha the owner met us and showed us around the complex and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Un séjour lumineux, confortable, sans souci
L'appartement est spacieux, impeccable, très bien situé. Son grand balcon est un plaisir à lui seul, agréable à toute heure, inondé de soleil dans l'après-midi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux salles de bain et, plus généralement, l'ensemble des commodités offertes. Programmes variés de télé, espagnols et internationaux. L'édifice appartient à un complexe (la Nogalera) très bien tenu et la ville elle-même, par l'animation de son centre et la proximité du bord de mer, offre un cadre propice à des vacances détendues.
L'accueil à notre arrivée et la remise des clés à notre départ se sont déroulés sans aucune difficulté grâce à l'amabilité et à l'efficacité de nos hôtes qui, visiblement, apportent un soin minutieux à l'équipement comme à l'entretien du logement.
Un lieu privilégié, donc, auquel nous ne pensons qu'avec l'envie d'y retourner...

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, lits confortables, vue agréable sur la mer et la montagne. Deux piscines dans la résidence surveillées et propres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Torremolinos: soleil, plage,piscine.Nous avons appréciés l'appartement : propre,spacieux , fonctionnel et très bien situé près des commerces, bars.

Ridha gave us a tour of the apartment explaining where things were kept & how to operate the washing machine & gas stove. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals in different countries & there was always something missing that we needed. Not true in Ridha's rentals, every item or tool we needed was provided for. Very well equipped. The apartment is comfortable & spotlessly clean. Fabulous view of the sea, private terrace. You do not need a vehicle since grocery shopping & restaurants are all within walking distance. This is a fabulous area right in the heart of Torremolinos. We would recommend this rental to our friends & family.

Muy agradable estancia en el apartamento, cercano a la playa, en pleno centro y piso perfectamente equipado con una atencion muy especial por el propietario. Recomendable sin duda.

un beau séjour à la nogalera
l'appartement est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et proche de toute commodité. Le propriétaire est toujours proche sans être envahissant. Il nous a été d'u grand appui et nous a aidé à régler tous les pépins de passage.
Les enfants ont bien apprécié le séjour et le jeu dans la place en bas de la Nogalera essentiellement le soir.

Excellent séjour
Très bel appartement, spacieux et confortable situé dans un quartier pietonnier avec tous les commodités. Grande terrasse idéale pour prendre les repas et un bon petit verre de vin. Acceuil et gentillesse exemplaire du propriétaire qui a pris soin de faire avec nous le tour du quartier pour nous indiquer l'emplacement des épiceries et des meilleurs endroits pour faire nos achats. Belle plage à quelques minutes à pied. Excursions et accès à l'aeroport très faciles grâce à la proximité de la gare de train ( station souterraine à une minute de l'appartement) et des autobus.

The location is very central with all the services around the corner and only 100 m from the railway station (under ground) in Torremolinos. If you are arriving to Malaga airport I recommend to use the railway because it is only an 11 minutes ride with modern trains. The appartment has a nice seaview and the sun arrives at the terass at about 11.
