We liked the location (a lot of cafes are nearby), the renewed property, the communication with the owners. The plus is the owner left the folder with the important information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect, well equipped, location perfect, big parking (not expensive) nearby. Communication with the host was impeccable.

This is not applicable to us, but the apartment is a few stories up and there is no lift so not easily accessible for people who struggle with stairs, especially carrying large suitcases.

For 91 euros/night (for 4 adults) a good price and a very central location in the middle of the old town of Rijeka, only 1.4km (17 minutes on foot) from the train station and 750m (9 minutes) from the bus station and 700m (9 minutes) from the ferry terminal, therefore ideal for travellers who are travelling without a car, who arrive by bus or train and want to continue to the islands. The new box spring beds are extremely comfortable and the apartment is very well equipped, even with a washing machine. Above all, everything is very clean and we were able to let our child crawl on the floor without hesitation.

The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There was a musty smell in the entrance area of the house. There is a lot of public traffic in the building, as doctors are located on the lower floors. At check-in we did not see any staff, we only received the keys impersonally by numerical code. At check-out the staff came over on time and we had to leave the apartment quickly. Unfortunately, we were only allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment for a short time and then soon had to pick it up again on the third floor. A better or more accommodating rule for luggage storage at check-out would be desirable (as we were travelling without a car).

The location was very good, close to everything. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well decorated.

It is on the third floor (4th USA) only stairs.
