Internet wi-fi completamente installato GRATUITO che è disponibile in tutto l'appartamento e sul balcone. La nuovissima smart TV Samsung con TV via cavo nella lounge con 28 canali di visualizzazione gratuiti tra cui BBC1 / 2/3/4 ITV1 / 2/3/4, Channel 4 e 5, Film4 e molti altri canali, è come guardare la TV nella propria lounge.
Aria condizionata completamente installata nella zona soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo che può essere utilizzata anche come soffiante per aria calda, nel caso in cui si riceva una di queste serate di refrigerazione (contatore a gettoni)

Tutto questo a soli 10 minuti e 12 € in taxi dall'aeroporto. C'è un eccellente servizio di autobus appena fuori dal terminal degli arrivi dell'aeroporto fino alla nuovissima stazione degli autobus del resort, dista solo 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento e costa 1 € 45c. L'ho usato molte volte e lo consiglio vivamente

The property was exactly as described. Check in smooth and the apartment was in very good order. The balcony looked over the pool and we have sunshine for most of the day.

Graham’s apartment is an ideal place to stay for a very peaceful and relaxing break in the sun. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close by to shops, restaurants and the beach, it is the ideal and safe location for a break away for families and couples alike. Thanks to Jodi fir a warm welcome and a swift check in on arrival.

Caleta is our favourite resort in Fuerteventura and the Esmeralda complex is our favourite place to stay. Having stayed in a different apartment previously, Graham's apartment would now be our preference whenever we return. Esmeralda is ideally situated for the nearby bars, restaurants and shops and the apartment is perfect as a suntrap from morning to late afternoon. The apartment is spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Thank you so much Graham for the use of your gorgeous apartment. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was stunning, the addition of air conditioning an added bonus too. Communication with you and Lisa at various time times during the booking process and on arrival were spot on!
Just a couple of very minor issues, an extra key would been very useful and a mid week clean would have helped too but overall the holiday was superb, thank you so much.

Just What The Doctor Ordered.....
Perfectly clean and damage free. Excellently presented inside. All facilities available and functional. The bonus of this property is that it gets the Sun on the balcony from sunrise to mid afternoon. This allows for lazy days and then a relaxing early evening stroll for shopping/eating/drinking....Perfect.

This apartment was clean well equipped and in a quiet location. Proximity to restaurants and shopping. A perfect pool. No problem getting sun beds. Resort is immaculate. Chris and Sue are brilliant.

Esmeralda Apartaments
This apartment is fantastic, its has everything. Graham and Michelle have made it very comfortable with all the equipment that you require. There Managerment team Chris and Sue were very friendly and helpful at all times, this was our third time staying here. We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the surrounding complex, it's a quiet complex and safe place to stay. The location is only 20 minutes from the airport and costs around €10-15, there are some fantastic places to eat and drink along the main strip. Tuesday and Saturday mornings there is the local market.

Perfect stay in Esmarelda!
I came on holiday with 2 friends and Graham’s property was the perfect location! The apparent was perfect and the greet from Chris and Sue was lovely and so helpful. It is in an amazing location with restaurants and bars very near by! Caleta is a home away from home for me as I’ve been every year for the past 14 years and I will certainly be returning to Esmarelda! Thanks again Graham.

Great welcome from Chris and Sue as always, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed. Great Wi-fi and TV. Briplace to stay and will be back next year.
Graham was an excellent communicator and his apartment is highly recommended.
Lovely pool which always had plenty of spare sun beds, close to the resort centre so car not required.

Fantastic property!!
We stayed in Graham’s apartment for one week and it was fantastic. The location it perfect, just a 5-10 minute easy walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. The apartment was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed, even down to an English plug extension lead. Beach towels included which saved lots of room in our cases. Chris and Sue greeted us on arrival and were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was great and cleaned every day, the shallow baby pool was especially good for our younger children. We will definitely return to this apartment and would recommend to others. Thank you!!

Excellent Apartment
I have stayed in this complex before but not this apartment, however we had a great time. The air on is a welcome bonus, as well as the two double beds.
Welcome team could not be more helpful, thank ou to Chris who also provided a lift back to the airport which really saves time having to go to the taxi rank. Would totally recommend a stay at Graham’s apartment for sure.

Perfect home from home
First class apartment had everything and more. Spotlessly clean thanks to the managers Chris and sue wroe. Spacious beautiful view over the pool. Massive balcony. Loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommended. Fully fitted kitchen 2 bedrooms, lounge dining area bathroom and utility room. All you need for a fantastic family holiday.

Wonderful stay 9th to 30th March 2019
We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment in Esmeralda complex Caleta De Fuste. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and Chris & Sue were very helpful and they also took us to the airport at the end of our stay. There are some lovely restaurants in the town such as Ascension, Kobe grill, restaurant 15 and KM Zero to name just a few.Can’t wait to return. Thank you Graham for the use of use of your lovely apartment.

Very clean and tidy
We loved the apartment everything you need is there for you to use. It was nice and clean. Sofas were comfy as was the bed. Sue and Chris were very accomodating and friendly and explained how everything worked including TV remotes. The pool area was cleaned every day and was a pleasure to sit around the pool. Cant wait to return next Feb.

Excellent apartment
An excellent & well maintained apartment on a central complex. The home-from-home facilities provided by a Graham are very welcome and provides an excellent venue for a relaxing holiday.
The welcome and introduction to the apartment from Chris and Sue was excellent, friendly and provided basic provisions so we didn’t have to rush out shopping on arrival.
We will definitely return!
