Property was amazing. New game room was really nice. Plenty of room for 14 adults. Amazing views. Outdoor kitchen was awesom

Fun, Fantastic time, had by all. The property sets high on a hill, with 5 peaceful acres and amazing views. Plenty of room for many families to get together comfortablely, with many things to make lasting memories. We had a fun time swimming in the salt water pool, relaxing in the hot tub, visiting, and having meals together. The kitchen and outside grill is equipped with everything needed to prepare all your favorites. We plan to return in the future and I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Property was just excellent, had everything you could want for a large family get together. Pool and Hot Tub were fantastic, as were the kitchens (!). The outdoor space couldn't be any nicer, and has everything you could think of (chairs, tables, umbrellas, pool toys, outdoor fridge/freezer, TV, etc, etc!). My only (minor) nit would be the smallest bedroom is quite tiny - but we overcame that. All other rooms were really, really nice. The Kitchen was excellent, and fully equipped as described - every kind of gadget, pot and pan was there for your use. Will definitely be back, 100% recommend!

We returned for our 2022 Family Getaway and we’re not disappointed. With 10 grandkids (8 boys) the salt water pool was awesome. We hope to return!

This is a very nice property, everything was clean and everything you need besides your food & drinks. No need to pack spices, sugar ect as that is provided. Everything was perfect and our family had a great time. the outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had about 20 of us there, so it does hold a lot of people if you crowd is large. The only downfall was the road going down to the lake, I personally didn't make it down it but my brothers with boats and jet ski's said they definitely wouldn't launch boats from there and the jet skis would be questionable as far as having enough room to turn around at the bottom., Needless to say we didn't use the road there for access to get on the lake,

Amazing home with a fantastic pool and outdoor kitchen!

The pool was just amazing! The beds were all very comfortable! Our large family was very comfortable. The setup allows for great family time.

Chad and Jalene are conscientious hosts. They welcomed us personally and made us feel at home instantly. This location is perfect for our family to play together and still get have room for some time apart.

Everyone had a great time swimming, playing volleyball in the pool, visiting. Salt water pool was great. All the beds were very soft so had a hard time sleeping. Softest bed I've ever been on except for a waterbed in the '70s. We had to spend the last night washing several loads of towels. We didn't have to strip beds which we have in previous rentals, but would've liked to spend that time playing games with kids instead of laundry. K pod coffee maker needs to have the water reservoir cleaned between occupants.

We visited the property for a two day stay on the weekend - with family members traveling 2-3.5 hours from Missouri / Oklahoma to the location. Host met the first family members to arrive and did the check in process. Property was as listed PLUS much more!! The host provided everything imaginable that one does not normally receive on a home rental. The property is beautiful, well maintained. Other than when sleeping, time was primarily spent in and around the pool and spacious cabana areas - plenty of room for a party of 20! All had a great time and would recommend this property to others!

What A Fantastic Relaxing, Fun Time. The Pool is one of the focal points and fully stocked with all of the Toys one could imagine. A Foodies Paradise. The Outdoor Kitchen had every type of grill, the Indoor kitchen is fully Stocked. The beds were amazing. This is a truly 5 Star place.

The outdoor spaces were just gorgeous and the inside was inviting and cozy. Our whole group of family and friends for Easter weekend had an incredible time.

This property was SPECTACULAR! A million times better than the pictures. The outdoor kitchen was an inspiration. The heated saltwater pool was, according to my daughter, the greatest experience of her life (and she's been to Disney, Hawaii, etc.) The kitchens (yes, kitchens, there are THREE if you count the outdoor kitchen) were stocked by someone who actually COOKS! An entire drawer of cast iron of different makes and sizes. Over 30 baking sheets. Graters, immersion blenders, planers, measuring cups and spoons galore, etc. There were even already staples like flour and oil and spices. Chad and Jalene were warm and welcoming and so helpful! We CAN NOT WAIT to go back. Thank you, Chad and Jalene, for an incredible experience.

Property and location were picturesque with the last mile of drive particularly leaving an imprint. Both main and pool house kitchens and grilling spot were well equipped and made for good flexibility so a variety of cooking styles and activities could happen together. Hot tub made for nice fun for kids and adults. Access to the lake was convenient just a 5 minute walk. Firepit made for a good spot to play family and group games. Owners were well intentioned and easy to communicate with, Everyone particularly enjoyed pictures of the 'tree house'- nice surprise that we discovered while wandering thru property. The acreage is large and good for some soccer with kids. Overall good value for money and a nice memory maker.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is very well stocked and the host/hostess made sure we felt 100% comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our crew and the outdoor cooking area was superb! Highly recommend. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay was great and the home was much better than the listing or pictures described. The area was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was beautiful, hot tub was clean and well-maintained. Communication was perfect. Owners are very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend hanging out by the pool and enjoyed the house and property.

Wow!! What an amazing time! Chad & Jalene, your property is beautiful and your hospitality was icing on the cake! Each year we struggle to find a house to accommodate our large group and fun things to do and your location was all we’ve dreamed of and more! So many activities for all ages and the house was so nice and clean!!! We will be back!!!

I really enjoyed our stay. The property was great. It was clean and I would be happy to stay there again. There were really only two things that effected our stay in a negative way but first let me talk about what we loved. The outdoor space was awesome! So much space to be outside and enjoy the weather. The pool was great and the kids had a ton of fun playing in it. The outdoor kitchen was above and beyond my expectations and if we return I will be better prepared to take advantage of all the equipment. The house is very well stocked and I brought a lot of stuff that we ended up not needing just because they already had it. The rooms were great and definitely meet our needs. Ok, so the two things that did impact our stay. First and by far the biggest negative were the wasps. There were wasp nests and wasps all over the place. We had two kids stung at different times, while in the hot tub because there was a big nest right in the corner. I did text the owner and he responded and came promptly with wasp spray. He went around and sprayed and then left 3 cans of spray with us. By the end of our stay We had killed over 20 wasps. After the second kid was stung, several of our younger kids became very worried about being outside and would panic any time something flew by, so it did put a damper on the stay. If the owners addresses the wasp issue, I don't know that I could have asked for a better outdoor area to hang out. The second issue was getting to the lake access. The road down to the access point is very steep, narrow and had some tight turns. It ended in a rock road down about 50yards from the water. The rock was very uneven and required a pickup truck to get our kayaks and paddle boards to the water. We had some elderly people in our group so we had to use the truck to get them close to the water. The other issue was once down there, it was difficult to turn around. You either have to back up which I didn't want to do or attempt to do a very bumpy 4-5 point turn. If I had used a trailer (which we had) it would have been impossible to get it down there and back up without unhooking it turning around and hooking it back up. We opted to just not use the trailer. This was the one thing that wasn't quite what I expected. It did worked and we did have fun going out on the lake. It was just more difficult than I envisioned. Over all a great stay with great owner just a couple of hiccups but I do recommend the place as long as you know what to expect.

The property location is gorgeous although there is not easy access to the lake. The property is large and allows the family to be together or have privacy. The property has every imaginable grilling and cooking tool. The pool is magnificent. The kids loved the hot tub.

The posting for this rental does not come close to describing the actual awesomeness of this property. This place has everything you need and more. The cove is quiet, the home is spacious and exceptionally well kept with plenty of accessories to keep your family entertained. We spent a large portion of our time there working on our ring-toss skills and fishing at the boat launch. We will be returning for future family get-togethers!

Great place to stay for down time and yet have a fun family trip.

If you're looking for a spacious place and a convenient location on the southern end of Grand Lake, look no further. You will be a short drive to the dam and Little Blue State Park for exploration. If you forget something you'll find it at Reasor's Grocery Store is in Langley. And then, the huge lawn provides privacy and room to play. But, it's not like you will need to leave ... there's the salt water pool, a hot-tub, a fire-pit, two kitchens, and the outdoor kitchen. A deer may come visit in the evening, too. And the "front desk" (Jalene and Chad) were so responsive and helpful. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer! Thanks Jalene and Chad for sharing Grand Serenity with our family. Our grandkids are already talking about next year! Steve & Rita

What a prefect place for a family reunion!! This house has EVERYTHING. The best stocked house we have ever stayed in. On Saturday we had around 60 people there. Thank you Jalene and Chad for allowing us to have this reunion there and for your attention to detail.. If you are wanting to go to this area, this is the place!

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and had a GREAT time! The host were so accommodating and helpful. They provided lots of recommendations and even set us up with a local catering so we didn't have to worry about all going out to dinner. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional!

Fantastic property for a group! So much to do! Got married here in a little intimate ceremony and it was perfect, Jalene was very helpful throughout. Would recommended this property to any group looking for a fun get away!

Overall, everything went very smoothly. Jalene always answered our questions very quickly! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved having a pool!!

Great house close to the lake!

Chad and Jalene went above and beyond to accomodate any and all of our needs. The home was so beautiful and accommodating. We cant wait to go back.
