This is big fully-equipped two bedroom accommodation at the second floor. The property is located in walk distance to Metzingen Outlet Center.

Bathroom shoul be equipped better.

Value for money. Good quality of food.

It feels home. Spacious, clean, very close to the outlet city in only walking distance. Plus it is in front of Kaufland and dm, where you can find/buy your daily needs. The kitchen utensils are complete you only need to bring your own food ingredients if you want to cook. The rooms are as you see on the pictures/photos by the owner.

Please be aware that the unit apartment is on the 3rd floor. Meaning if you carry amount of luggages you should be wise what to bring upstairs.

Great location, spacious flat with big bedrooms, good kitchen and bathroom. Great to have a parking space right outside in such a central location. Communication was very good and owner was very responsive.

Pillows and towels were clean but very old and should really be replaced. Beds were a bit too soft for our taste.

The apartment was nice. 3rd floor. Great neighborhood, grocery hypermarket right across the street, outlet city in the 10 min walking distance. So far so good.

Wash machine, waterboiler was not there. Which was a huge bummer. And there was this humming sound of something in the apartment, little annoying. Didnt understand where it came from.

A very nice place! We spent a great time there!
