No iron in the room, need to request from the receptionist. Room door was a bit hard to close.

The facilities set out on the website were not accurate. The restaurant was not open except for breakfast, there was no bar or anywhere to get a drink in the restaurant. The first room did not have a fridge and the second the fridge was warm! Booked a shuttle from the airport which did not turn up. Swimming pool was very busy, hotel is not located within the city so not a great location for overseas tourists to Borneo unfortunately.

Bread should be freeflow. Should add one or two varieties of bread. Staff should check and refill without being asked. Canned corn was stale and I told the staff.

Ambiance in the cafe looked gloomy. Should be more vibrant and cosy and brighter. Entrance

this time, I stayed in a room with power key card and Aircond problem. (again) i noticed that the key card power slot has been doubled tape which I believed the management knew about it. not having a good sleep as the power kept going out and i need to push back the card to get the power backs on.

The card always locked every time I used but the staff solved it faster
