LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It could not have been better. I walked out and I was right in the middle of everything in the store thoracal center.
XAVIER, XAVIER, XAVIER!  Xavier was extremely responsive and helpful and I was a little confused at first and went in the wrong door because someone held it open for me, and then he walked me through verbally how to get to the right door and how to get in. I was tired and hot. And he was patient. Also, the quickest responder during all of my travels.
The apartment had everything I needed. Modernized. I run cold but it was the right temperature for me.

Gorgeous building, unbelievable location, and perfect participation from the hosts. Everything was so well explained in their correspondence.
The shower head was a bit loose and kept flopping down, but a minor inconvenience to an otherwise lovely stay.

Location is perfect for city sightseeing
There is a leak in the roof to the bottom floor when you shower. If you have the luggage open it can get wet

The location is incredible! Cafe's, markets, a park, and the Garonne river all steps from the door. The apartment is charming, clean, and well appointed with modern fixtures and a beautiful double-window opening onto a courtyard, which was great to allow fresh air on a warm spring day. We LOVED the secret-entrance feel. The door is quite unassuming on a small street, but opens with remote access onto a charming and fully modern loft apartment. Finally the hosts were amazing - they stayed in contact and made sure we had everything we needed and flexible entry. The latter was important, as I traveled to Toulouse for work and the first apartment I booked was not to expectation. I had to make alternative next-day booking and was really lucky this property was open. When I return to Toulouse, I will stay here every time! I love the property!
Nothing. This is a lovely apartment. But be aware that it is on Place de la Daurade - which is a popular square and close to university and restaurants / bars. That means it can get noisy with young students and people out at night, but for us it added to charm. It is wonderful to see young people being young!

The property is located in a very central area/street near the river Garonne, surrounded by lively bars, restaurants and interesting shops. The check-in is quite straightforward as everything is handled digitally. The apartment is spacious even for the three of us.

Location was good and the place is a bit quirky. A few minutes walking distance from Capitole which was great.
Pillows were more like cushions and the entry system was a bit clunky/slow. The keypad didn't seem to work so relied on the links in the email.

The apartment is in a historic building that has been renovated but the historic feel has been preserved. It's located perfectly, just by the Garonne River, in the very center of Toulouse. The kitchen is comfortable and the washing machine is always a big plus!
There was no view and it was quite dark in the apartment. Also, it was a little inconvenient that the toilet was only downstairs and the shower was on the entresol.

It was new and nice. Also a surprise behind a funny entrance. The facilities are great. Looks good. Nice sitting area. Kitchen is nice. Bed is good as well.
Only downside it are two apartments and you can hear the neighbors.
