A magical vacation! A beautiful property with a large yard, designed with taste and practicality. A cozy and comfortable house, equipped with more than everything you need to feel at home. Located on the seashore in a small idyllic village with unique nature and atmosphere. Huge thanks to our kind and responsive hosts for the unforgettable vacation!

We were a group of ten, including children and we stayed 9 nights in this wonderful place. The house is in a quite village by the sea. It is tastefuly decorated and spacious (it is better in reality than in the pictures), well equipped and very clean. You have all the dishes and cutlery you need in the kitchen, a dishwasher, washer, air conditioning...all home comforts. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and we had very good communication with them. Also, you can see they put thought and care in welcoming their guests. The best feature is probably the garden and the fact that you step out from it on the little beach in front. The water is very clean and calm, perfect for children. There are some stones/pebbles when entering but it was not a problem. We spent the day in the sea or in the large kiosk overlooking the beach and the evenings at the big table near the grill. You can buy fresh fish early each morning from the fishmarket in Volos. There are supermarkets in Volos (My market, Lidl) and some smaller shops, pharmacy, in the nearby village called Nees Pagases, where there is also a more organized beach if you prefer. You do need a car to do your shopping so keep that in mind, but then, that's the price you pay for peace and quite :) You might want to take a trip one day on mount Pelion and admire the wonderful scenery and visit the lovely villages like Makrinitsa, Portaria, Tsagkarada. Keep in mind the road is very winding. On the way from Portaria to Tsagkarada there is an organic farm (Koumoutsi) where you can buy olive oil, honey, different marmelades. All in all we had a perfect stay and we will go back again for sure!

Situated just 30 metres from the beach the house was equipped with everything that you need. The hosts are wery friendly. There were a canoe at our desposal.
