The location which is right besides the beach.
Really dirty, spiderwebs everywhere, dead bugs on the ceiling, sink's caulk was detached from the wall, AC blowing stinky air, missing bed sheets and replacements were full of hair, old furniture. Has great potential but poor management unfortunately.

The property it is on the beach.
The entrance door was not sealed properly and you can here all neighbours getting in and out of the rooms (slamming the door and talk very loud).

First of all, in front of the hotel its a nudists beach! Imagine my delight when i opened the window and i saw that along with 2 kids i had with me. NEED TO MENTION IT ON YOUR PAGE! Second, we had a spider the size of a nail in the room along with others, smaller. Floor extremly dirty, our feet were literaly sticking to the floor from how dirty it was. Old furniture, dirty evrywhere. For more than 100 euros per night? Are you out of your mind? The receptionist didint even knew to answer our questions. Avoid this place at all costs if you travel with kids or if you like a clean enviroment. Extremly bad, i wouldnt book again not even if its for free.

Great location.
Right on the edge of the beach.
To start with it says it has a swimming pool but it is not in use.
The room we had was really out dated,very old air conditioning unit with broken air paddles and broken remote.
It was not blowing cold air when we arrived, the reception girl did call a maintenance guy who got it to blow cold air but towards the end of our stay I think it broke down again as it was struggling to give cold air.
The bathroom had really old amenities.
No soap at the bathroom sink and when we asked for it we got told they don't offer it.
We stayed 4 nights,5 days and not in one day did anyone offered to give us a change of sheets or towels.
The room we went for suppouse to have a sea view buy it didn't as I think they over booked for sea view rooms and we ended up staying in a room right next to the main entrance at reception
All in one quality for money definitely not worth it.

It is right on the beach. You can actually see the sea from the bed. You have daily cleaning (i.e. toilet paper and garbage collect)
The complex seems to be a little bit old and it would need some new furniture and some restoring. Also the entrance in the parking need to be improved (some cars might not be able to pass that hill at the entrance).

I liked the view and the spacious room. Ii also loved the fact that I could enjoy both the starry sky at night and the sunrise at dawn! Only a few steps and you got onto the beach! The reception staff was also absolutely adorable!
The road access is pretty ugly. I would have also liked to have a balcony. The lady charging the beach chairs was pretty rude!
