Tout était parfait...à commencer par la très bonne surprise que la maison soit encore mieux que sur les photos... Un accueil chaleureux de Maryse, le dîner (en supplément) prêt et très copieux, du nécessaire le temps d’aller faire les courses , quelques objets utiles au quotidien (sacs à courses, évidemment les serviettes piscine et plage de très bonne qualité, palmes, glacière, etc.) Quant à la maison : nous étions 4 et évidement beaucoup trop grande mais tellement agréable en tous points! Nous recommandons vivement cette location et avons hâte d’y retourner avec des amis! Des vacances sublimes qu’il vous faut vivre en séjournant la bas!

Maison très agréable, très fonctionnelle et très bien située. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Maryse et la propriétaire est à l'écoute : nous avons apprécié de pouvoir quitter la maison plus tard le dernier jour pour notre vol de nuit. La piscine est parfaite!

Très belle propriété en bord de mer (on l'entend bien et la vue est magnifique), très bien équipée avec notamment une piscine d'une belle longueur. Séjour très agréable, 2 semaines de détente avec en bonus la visite de quelques iguanes tout tranquilles.

Wir waren nach langer Pause (17 Jahre) zum 3. Mal auf Guadeloupe, diesmal mit Freunden und in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Wir alle haben die zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen (was wir auch so ausgesucht haben), aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell an den verschiedensten Stränden, Supermärkten usw. Ein Spaziergang am Strand entlang nach Saint Francois darf auch nicht fehlen. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise waren problemlos und unbürokratisch. Audrey war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Problem hatten. Ich hoffe diesmal dauert es nicht so lange bis wir zurückkehren....

The welcome Colombo meal was amazing, delicious, and a life saver for our late night arrival during the first night. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean and pool from our room. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for many meals. It was also nice that the property was close to Carrefour and Hyper Casino (for groceries). The pool was amazing. We loved spending the days lounging poolside, viewing the ocean, reading, and relaxing. We also loved our daily visits from the neighborhood iguana. Maryse was very helpful and attentive to our needs. A helpful hint about Guadeloupe: Due to water conservation, the water is turned off on the island from 6pm-6am on some nights (at least during our stay). Maryse let us know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Superbe maison avec vue incroyable! Nous sommes partis 10jours au mois de mars avec notre garçon de 2 1/2ans, et nous avons adoré la maison. Très propre, cuisine complète, aire climatisée dans chaque chambre, piscine propre et vue superbe sur la mer! Très relaxant! Comme toutes les portes s’ouvrent, nous avions toujours la belle vue même en cuisinant. Pas vraiment de moustiques ce qui est plaisant lorsqu’on mange à l’exterieur Plages que nous avons préférée à proximité sont celles de St-Anne et la Caravelle, parfait avec un jeune enfant. superbe villa, qui vous permettra de profiter pleinement de vos vacances. la piscine a debordement est la vue sont superbes. vous ne serez pas decu de votre future reservation!! point de depart ideal pour Marie Galante et Petite terre notamment.

Nous passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Ti Sicrié. Idéalement située juste en bord de mer, le point de vue est époustouflant, avec sur la ligne d'horizon, l'ïle de Marie Galante. La villa est très spacieuse, impeccablement propre, très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, avec de jolis meubles, et des espaces extérieurs magnifiques. Le service est impeccable: lits faits à l'arrivée, linge de toilette et de plage préparé, accueil très professionnel et cordial par Maryse à qui nous avions commandé un dîner ( délicieux). En résumé, une excellente adresse, qui garantit le confort et le calme et de très bonnes prestations, dans un cadre de rêve.

Séjour extraordinaire, un emplacement et une villa superbe, rien à reprocher. Excellent accueil par Maryse et aussi une très bonne cuisinière, nous avons commande des repas pour le soir, se fût un délice. Le matin nous avions les iguanes qui se promener dans le jardin. Vraiment rien à redire tout à été parfait. Une location à idéale.

2 semaines de vacances enchantées, villa spacieuse face à la mer ,vue magnifique .Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle à la décoration agréable . Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de la part de Madame Bourgeois ( le colombo poulet à notre arrivée fut un vrai moment de plaisir gustatif ) sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour fut très appréciable. Situation de la villa: très calme(parfait pour le repos et la farniente) ,grande piscine avec panorama photogénique sur l 'océan et les iles au loin sur la ligne d 'horizon .Sans oublier la visite de temps en temps des iguanes. Lieu de villégiature parfait pour découvrir et visiter la Guadeloupe et les iles environnantes

What a wonderful home. The view is fantastic. Large pool. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Many accommodations were provided for our young grandchildren. We would return in a minute. Multiple full bathrooms. Would work well for anyone. It is lovely!

The house is very nice with a beautiful view, nice landscaping, and the constant sound of waves crashing on the fringing reef below. My kids loved the pool which is good sized. The owner Catherine Rennie, and the manager Alain Bonnaud were very attentive and pleasant. I very much enjoyed our stay. There is also a very good restaurant close to the house called Les Freres de la Cote.

We loved our stay at this house! It is comfortable, high quality, and has everything you need to enjoy yourself, without being too formal. It was extremely helpful to have both rum punch and simple breakfast fixings available to us when we arrived late at night. The pool is gorgeous and feels great anytime of day. The view is really astounding - more like being on a boat in terms of the proximity to the waves and the ocean than any beach house I've ever stayed in. On a clear day you can see several nearby islands. We ate every meal outside, enjoying it. As is true with most of Guadeloupe, area beaches are smallish (but beautiful!) and somewhat scattered so you likely will want to drive to the really nice ones. Those accessible on foot are more rocks than sand and not the clear calm turquoise water you'll find at the more popular spots. Saint Francois is far from Basse Terre, but there is so much going on there and in Sainte Anne and Gosier, you can certainly fill your days in the immediate area. I was surprised how few bugs we encountered given the tropical climate. We appreciated having AC in our bedrooms at night but did not need it otherwise. We were 2 couples so we had plenty of room; larger groups should take note that the 3rd largest bedroom is accessed either through the 2nd master bed & shared bath or via the veranda door, so is best suited to children of a family. The 4th bedroom that doesn't face the ocean is smaller but perfectly fine and has its own bathroom. Also you may need to buy paper towels if you like those or refill the TP. Other appreciated features: quiet neighborhood, nice outdoor grill, downstairs bathroom, wifi, house phone, kids' beach gear, cooler. Would've been even more excellent to have beach chairs or mats available, and snorkel equipment. Special note: Alain is a very warm and helpful host. He has gone above and beyond to return something to us that we left behind. Makes this house even better!

This house was perfectly dreamy. We were two families with 4 kids, and the house afforded us plenty of space. The pool was a huge hit, and the view was amazing. The location really worked out perfectly for us--there were lots of beaches nearby, and when we ventured to the botanical gardens at the other side of the island, the drive was beautiful. We loved this house, and really cannot wait to return.

This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is perfect for a family. We were parents with three 20 something children. Everyone had enough space to relax. Kitchen is very well equipped and we ate most meals on our patio. The caretaker was always available for questions and helped us plan a few day trips. We went to different beaches near our home. There are three restaurants on the main road near our complex which were good. Highly recommend this property. French speakers are essential as part of your group. We would book this home again.

Après 4 jours à Deshaies nous debarquons ds cette superbe villa. Très bon accueil d'Alain (chargé par les proprios d'accueillir les vacanciers) qui à été à l'écoute tt au long du séjour. Vue splendide sur la mer (il faut s'habituer au bruit des vagues) Piscine au top, pas de vis a vis et une maison très spacieuse très bien équipée. St François est très sympa et typique Bref un séjour qui passa trop vite... Nous relouerions cette villa sans hésiter !!!! Seul micro bemol, prendre la voiture pour trouver 1 plage (5 min seulement) car la plage devant la maison est difficilement praticable..... Mais la je chipote ; )

This is a beautiful house whose property abuts the ocean, It is not exactly beachfron, as it takes a little manuvering and walking down the block two houses and going through a yard just a bit to get to the oceanfront. Doable, but not beachfront. The view from the home and the sound of the beating waves was delightful all the day and night, and for that reason, it is oceanfront home. There were cool breezes and the outlay of the house was nice with three major bedrooms facing front. The fourth bedroom is actually towrds the back and is small and tight-but with a private bath. I don't think it would be suitable for a 4th adult couple- but just fine for kids or teens or a single person. The pool was newly added and was superb. Nice size- decent temperature and a wonderful addition to the sun in mid-afternoon. The location of the home was superb, in that it was close enough to town (St. Francois) for a few of us to bike there daily, but far enough fo rit to be very restful and quiet St Anne is more touristy town ,and we liked St francois much better, so were happy our house was closer to st Francois. we drove to the other end of the island to go scuba dive near jacques Cousteau island. The diving was OK- not as nice as Curacao or Belize, but worth one day. We also returned to the other island to do a walk / hike through rain forest and that was wonderful. We looked all week for a good snorkeling spot on the eastern side of the island and it turned out it was near the Eastern tip near the beach by the cross. My husband nad son played a round of gold in St Francois and enjoyed that a lot. The owner Catherine was EVRY helpful with her emials; the rental car owner from TOP CAR met us at airport in a minivan and drove us the hour to the house. They had 2 cars waiting for us.The caretakers, Alain and Cecile was garcious- met us at the house when we arrived. returned the next morning to take us on a car toudr of the city to find ATM;s , grocery store etc. Then the second day we woke up without the plumbing working, and Alain appeared at the door with enough water for 6 of us to last the day- letting us know it was a citywide issue. It was repaired by evenings end. The lady from TOP CAR helped us rent bikes and gave many maps. All in all - a wonderful getaway- a great house and easy arrangements. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa where we especially enjoyed the spectacular ocean view and the fantastic location with a huge property. Everything is very easy to reach (beach, market, bakery etc.) although the house is located in a quit an safe area. The villa is very well equipped - we did not miss anything. We would highly recommend this villa and looking forward to visit it again Valentin

Best villa ever, wonderful, almost into the ocean, great view, exactly as you see in the pictures, maybe better. Lots of indipendent rooms if you are different families. Anything you need you will find in the house. Great posiition, one minute by car from the center of Saint Francois. I will be back in this villa, no doubts.
