Lo chalet TOUTBLANC è stato progettato per accogliere 12 ospiti in tutta comodità. Sali su un soleggiato chalet a sud del pendio TOUTBLANC che offre una vista mozzafiato sul MONT-BLANC. Vivere nella vista: i vetri continui offrono una vista panoramica sul Monte Bianco
Una terrazza rettangolare semi-riparata si sviluppa nell'estensione delle facciate; innova con pannelli mobili di scheletro in legno offrendo per tutto il giorno giochi di luci e viste diverse.
Capacità per 12 persone. Lo spazio abitativo è distribuito nell'estensione della terrazza. Le camere sono composte da mini suite, tra cui una grande suite matrimoniale con due camere da letto, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Le camere sono spaziose e offrono una magnifica vista sulle montagne. La biancheria da letto è pulita e di alta qualità.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per la ristorazione di lusso, ha due lavandini e due frigoriferi e una grande stufa smeg.
Rivolto a sud, lo chalet offre la massima luce solare. Il cottage è vicino a tutti i servizi, un eccellente ristorante può offrire pasti pronti.

We had a magical stay at this property and will certainly be returning! Our family of 4 children and 4 adults were very comfortable - the chalet is gorgeous with the most beautiful deck and views. Its located in a quaint village right near Chamonix and has many beautiful hikes starting right outside its door. The owner, Guillame, and the property manager, Elisa, were the best! They were super responsive, helped us secure a full crib for our two year old, helped arranged the single most special dinner I have ever enjoyed at a refuge that you could only get to on a hike and were always available to help with anything we needed (doctor, directions, etc). We absolutely fell in love with this property and the entire French Alps region. Its an area of the world that everyone should visit.

Despite the distance to the ski area and very bad approch by the road to the house,it was very comfortable and cozy

Stunning Chalet, Stunning Location
We all had a fantastic time at this Chalet. It very spacious, Traditional, with a modern feel. The living spaces, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very well presented and welcoming. We cant rate this Chalet more highly.
The Chalet was spotless clean when we arrived and communication was outstanding from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The Owner of the chalet was extremely helpful and informative.
The location is great for the winter and summer with just a short drive to all the ski resorts of which we had 7 days amazing days skiing.
Thank to everyone that made our stay very special.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce magnifique Chalet avec de belles prestations. Nous étions 2 familles dont 7 enfants et chacuns avaient son espace ce qui était très agréable. Le Chalet est situé à 10 minutes en voiture du domaine des Houches qui est un domaine parfait pour les familles.

Magnifique chalet vue Mont-Blanc
Ce chalet est très beau, bien entretenu, rien ne manque en cuisine et équipements, bonne literie. Une très belle décoration alliant l’ancien et le moderne. Belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc et autres cimes de la vallée de Chamonix. Des promenades proches ou d’autres faciles d’accès. Nous avons passé en famille une très bonne semaine d’été à la montagne au calme.

Semaine en famille à Servoz
La maison est belle, inondée de lumière, avec un grand jardin. Nous y avons séjourné à neuf, confortablement, en juillet. Dans un village calme, les accès routiers à Chamonix et aux randonnées de la vallée sont simples et rapides. La maison était en parfait état, équipée parfaitement.
Un petit problème de ménage initial à été réglé avec rapidité et courtoisie dès notre appel.
Belles vues sur les montagnes environnantes et sur le Mont Blanc.

Une architecture remarquable avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. L'équipement était complet et le chalet très comfortable et convivial.

We were three families staying for ski holidays. All of us had a wonderful time. The kids didn’t want to leave and are begging to go back! We hired private chef Philippe and he was just amazing! Terrific food and a very friendly personality! All around it was spectacular!!!

SUPER SEMAINE DE NOËL EN FAMILLE
Un super chalet bien adapté pour plusieurs familles.Les chambres avec leur salle de bain permettent à chaque couple d'être autonome, et le chalet est vraiment bien conçu pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres
Il y a une belle cuisine trės pratique et de la vaisselle en conséquence
Enfin tout est fait pour passer un super séjour

très bon séjour pour un team bulding de 8 personnes, le chalet très agréable, spacieux, avec vu sur le mont blanc pour le réveil. De plus un accueil et service parfait (merci Mountain Access) pour l'organisation des activités, repas avec le chef Basile, randonnée raquette et repas avec Jean Marc et mer de Glace avec Yoann.
toute l'équipe a été enchantée par le séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans ce chalet design tres bien équipé (salle de bain, cuisine, chambre, salon).
L'accès avec voiture classique y est un peu compliqué.
Mais c'est 5 étoiles sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ! La vue est splendide et le chalet parfait, un mélange d'ancien et du contemporain Nous étions 12, mais n'avions pas impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Le chalet est très bien équipé, les propriétaires disponibles pour aider et répondre aux questions avant, pendant et après le séjours.

The house is setup so well, stocked with everything you might need, and Guillaume provided us with lots of information to help us get set for a fabulous time skiing (equipment rentals, ski areas suggestions, connection to guides, even chef Phillipe to prepare a delicious meal in the house for us all). Its a lovely place to relax after a day of adventure and Guillaume was very personable. It was a great vacation!

We planned a few days in Paris and then a few days in Chamonix. When we arrived at the home, we were in awe of the view! Mont Blanc is right there, right out the window and the home's design celebrates this view from every angle! It would be hard to find a more perfect home to stay at in the area. The little town of Servoz, where the home is located, is so quaint, with a market and several little restaurants, all of this is just down the road a few minutes. The village of Chamonix was maybe a 10 minute drive, so the location couldn't be more ideal. The owners are beyond gracious and so helpful, especially when we had a little difficulty finding the home (we were not used to using latitude/longitude instead of a street address!) The amenities in the home were great - including a selection of wine that you can purchase, right in the home. This home is absolutely beautiful and very, very comfortable/spacious for up to 12 people. If you have young ones with you, there is a bunk bed room that is perfect. Plus a separate living room area upstairs makes it easy for children to play games while adults congregate in the main living area. If I could build a home like this back home in the US, I would! I would love to know who the architect was...everything was perfect, the town of Servoz is perfect and the owners are wonderful. We hope to return!

A perfect vacation!
Guillaume was a fantastic host! When we booked the house, he helped us find great information about skiing and other things to do in the surrounding area. He recommended a ski rental location that was reasonably priced with very friendly service. We had no problems finding the house with his directions. He checked on us during our trip (particularly before and after it snowed!) and offered advice. The house is beautiful, spacious, and had one bathroom per bedroom, which was nice for our group of 3 families. The views were gorgeous and the road from the house to the surrounding slopes was an easy drive and well-maintained. We had a great vacation!

Wir haben uns im Chalet ToutBlanc sehr wohl gefühlt - gerne wieder!
Die exponierte Lage mit Blick zum Mont Blanc bleibt unvergesslich. Das Chalet ist in Sauberkeit und Ausstattung hervorragend - die Architektur äußerst ansprechend. Der Vermieter sorgt sich persönlich um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Tipp: Erlesenes Sekt- und Weinangebot des Vermieters testen!

Séjour Exceptionnel
Nous avons passé 3 jours exceptionnels au Chalet Tout-Blanc.
Les propriétaires sont très accomodants, sympathiques, de bon conseil, et font tout pour rendre notre séjour de splus agréables.
Le chalet est super moderne, chaleureux, dans un état parfait. La vue sur le mont Blanc est unique.
On est tout proche des stations, à 10 minutes de Chamonix....
Bref, le parfait endroit pour un séjour à la montagne.

fantastique semaine
Malgré une semaine de vacances avec un temps très moyen, nous avons profité du chalet au maximum et la semaine a été parfaite! Le chalet est magnifique, de grands espaces, il est parfaitement équipé et la déco est top!
Les environs permettent de nombreuses activités très facile d’accès. Nous rêvons revenir dans ce chalet peut être pour le découvrir en été!

séjour très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le MontBlanc...
le chalet est superbe avec de très belles prestations et une déco raffinée ; nous étions 12 adultes mais aucun problème de promiscuité ...et des propriétaires ,Marie et Guillaume , très soucieux de notre bien être
vivement l'année prochaine qu'on y retourne !
