the owner was waiting for us at the location as we agreed i woukld contact her 30min before arrival. when we arrive the owner was there already.

the stay at the apartment was fine. the only complain i could say that when we arrived, we entered into a different appartment as it was shown /promoted to us on the picture before we booked. so it was a little surprise for us.

It is very close to the ski lifts, clean and quite well equipped.

as it is aimed for skiers, I missed a place where you could comfortably put the skis after you are done skiing.

Perfect location for skiing with kids. Amazing scenery. Well equipped for a few days stay. Good water pressure. Dedicated parking space. Spacious. Lift. Washing machine. Strong Internet connection. Good communication ( I speak Polish and can't comment on other languages). Very warm (we stayed in February). Kids could play outside. Taxi to the city centre 20-30 PLN or walk 20 mins.

Lack of tea towels. Some dirt underneath the bed. Ski room would be nice.

Everything was perfect, the views are spectacular. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Is close to the city center and sky centers too. The host was very polite and helpful. Definitely going back some day.

The wiew was nice. Lacation also comfortable.

Check in and check out, such a mess. 3 different persons handling this. But the main thing NOBODY TALKS ENGLISH. Not welcoming and helpful at all. Never would come back.

the location is nice, and the apartment is relatively new and well equipment/finished. It is quite central so access and travel is easy and good.

Was difficult to communicate with property, as english communication wasn't possible, even in preparation before the trip. Originally, we had tried to postpone the trip as due to Covid restrictions we couldn't get one of our daughters, but this was not accepted. Only managed to postpone by a day till we got new tickets - would have expected to be more reasonable in these circumstances. So we ended up travelling without one of our kids

Excellent location right across the street from the ski resort , nice view to the mountains , comfortable bed and couch , good bathroom with excellent shower , 15-20 mins walk to zakopane center and less then 5 mins by car 👍🏻 very good stay 🙂

Right next to the ski lifts - just across the road! Very convenient and well equipped appartement with a mountain view! All possible ski services are on your way to the mountains!

All the restaurants in the area close at 19:30! To get some food you will need to walk at least 15mins to the nearest shop or else walk for half an hour to the downtown of Zakopane to find some nice local restaurants!
