Amerai il nostro pulito cottage 4 camere da letto / 2 bagni tanto quanto noi! Completamente fornito di tutto il necessario, da pentole e padelle fino a una coperta da spiaggia. Rilassati e cena sul nostro ponte o sorseggia un cocktail sulla veranda coperta - entrambi con vista sul lago dall'altra parte della strada (non direttamente sull'acqua). Cammina fino al mercato agricolo e ai ristoranti della città, al Paks Cafe and Beer Garden, al noleggio di kayak, al porto turistico e al porto di stato in pochi minuti. Bird Creek Park e Beach sono proprio nel nostro quartiere. Cammina letteralmente ovunque!

This place was perfect in every way. Booked for next year before we even finished our stay! Cottage is very well stocked, so clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect. Mary is an attentive host.

We had a very nice 4 night stay at Mary's place. We loved being able to see the water from the home and being close enough to walk to swim at the beach. The pictures show the cottage perfectly. It was great having 4 bedrooms for our family of 10, The kitchen was well stocked. We all agreed we would be very happy to return.

This home was super cute and locatrd in a great area, close to the beach and downtown area.
We brought up a golf cart for a wedding.at the Glen Royal a few blocks away.

We had a great stay. The house is close to Bird Creek Park and very walkable to downtown Port Austin. We loved all the extras in the cottage - DVDs, CDs, board games, and plenty of kitchenware to make meals. The owners are very gracious. Would stay again next time we are in the Thumb.

This house was perfect for our stay with our 3 kids. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths everyone had their own space. The location was great because you can walk to town and the beach or across the street to catch the sunset. This was probably the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed. Had everything we needed to cook, grill and even store the leftovers. If we visit the area in the future I would definitely stay here again.

A small (5 people) 3 generation girl’s getaway to Port Austin and this was the perfect home. Clean, sweet decor, comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. Loved that we could walk to town! So many nice spaces…porch room for sitting in the morning with coffee, deck for every meal and card games. A lovely, relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described on the website. Our host Mary was easy to contact and responded timely. We had 5 people staying and found that the 1st bedroom with bathroom nearby was perfect for my husband and me. The other family of 3 stayed in the other rooms and shared the other bathroom. We liked where the house was located, very convenient for what we had planned on doing during our stay in Port Austin.

The property is close to where my parents house was located and it always brings back great memories and old friends and family that visit. We had almost 2 weeks and it was very comfortable and well stocked so we didn’t need to worry about buying any additional essentials.
Close walk to beach and town, parking was not a problem for our 3 cars
Mary went out of her way to email and call about an item that was left by mistake and we appreciate her following through!

No closets in the small four bedrooms, and no washer-dryer facilities. The TV area was cramped with the two sofas facing each other. Porch windows are in need of repair. The best feature was the 6 minute walk to the beach and splash pad.

This was a return trip staying at this cute cottage. The location is ideal so close to the beach and town. The cottage is comfortable and has everything we need. Mary is very accommodating and we’ve enjoyed coming so much this was our 5th year and we’ve already booked a weekend for next summer.

Plenty of room, the host has thought of everything. It was very convenient to have a “prep”, table in the kitchen. The open floor plan helped keep food preppers part of the action. Short walk to beach. Would stay again.

Loved the location! Convenient to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. But home was not very clean. Bathrooms were dirty. Bath rugs were dingy. A lot of cracked tiles. Windows all need a really good cleaning. Needs lots of TLC. That was a little disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was walkable to town and to a nice community beach, splash pad, and playground.
The house had four bedrooms and all the extras to make the stay easy and pleasant. We enjoyed mornings on the screened porch playing board games and taking in the views. The host was very thoughtful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

This is exactly what we expected based on the description and other reviews. It’s a very quick walk to the beach or into town. The house is well kept and offers all the necessities including yard games and beach toys for added fun. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. We stayed 2 nights, but would have preferred to stay at least one more.

Our stay was enjoyed by all. The location of the home was in an area where the traffic was very minimal which made us comfortable with the little ones when outdoors. There was ample room for all 9 of us in the home and we will probably plan to book again for next year to continue our new tradition.

This cottage was one of the best supplied that we have rented. We would definitely stay here again. Hostess was very communicable. Check in a piece of cake. Although it rained most of our stay the time with family is priceless.

We loved our stay at Mary's cottage! It is well situated in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach and views of Lake Huron out every window. They took extra care to provide whatever you may need during your stay -- thoughtful touches like yard games and a fully stocked kitchen for the avid cook. We so enjoyed our time at this classic family cottage and hope to return in the near future.
