Vi diamo il benvenuto in una graziosa villa al centro di Fiumicino, dove potrete trovare facilmente bar, negozi ed il mercato il sabato. A soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto, a 30 minuti da Roma, a 10 minuti dai famosi scavi di ostia antica. Entrata indipendente, veranda con cucina indipendente e barbecue, doccia in muratura esterna. Salotto con angolo cottura.
Colazione non fornita (in quanto appartamento)
Una dolcissima amaca al centro del giardino che vi cullerà per un dolcissimo riposo.
Accesso ad un grande giardino con veranda dove potrete tranquillamente organizzare cene e pranzi estivi con un fantastico barbecue in pietra. Cucina esterna indipendente. Nella parte posteriore della casa sono presenti fili per appendere i panni ed una doccia esterna deliziosa (io personalmente una volta dentro non vorrei piu' uscire :) . Accederete ad una villa di 75 mq , entrata indipendente , totalmente autonoma, nel caso in cui abbiate bisogno di noi siamo nella casa di fianco (e non verremo mai a disturbarvi ne accederemo alla vostra villa. Nella stanza comune di 16 mq troverete l'angolo cucina con tutto l'occorrente per rendervi autonomi , con annesso televisore 40" ed un comodissimo divano letto che si trasforma in 5 secondi netti in un letto matrimoniale. Nel piccolo corridoio all'entrata troverete l'angolo ristoro con bollitore e microonde.
Vi sentirete in famiglia!
Io , mio padre Michele e mia madre Enza siamo persone estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi vostra richiesta o aiuto.
Non amiamo mettere in conto le spese di pulizia (la offriamo noi), in cambio chiediamo che la casa venga lasciata in modo decoroso nel rispetto degli ospiti che verranno nei giorni a seguire.
Firma di un piccolo contratto di poche righe in quanto appartamento puro.
e' severamente vietato organizzare feste, cene compleanni con troppe persone (la struttura non e' idonea) addii al celibato/nubilato.

We welcome you in a pretty house in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and a market on Saturday. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Rome, 10 minutes from the famous ancient ostia excavations. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor shower. Living room with kitchen. Maximum availability for transportation from the airport by car if requuested at booking.
Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily organize dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :).
You will come to a 75 sqm house, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house near yours (and we will never be disturbe you and we will not come never to your house.)
In the living room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen with everything you need to make it stand alone, with a 40" TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds in a double bed.
In the small corridor at the entrance you will find a kettle and microwave.
A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will let you sleep very well :D
You will feel at home!

We do not like to make you pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a condition in respect to the next guests who will come in the next days after you live.
A small contract (few rows) must be signed (cause italian laws for the entire house, Does not imply anything other than a normal reservation)
IMPORTANTE: il self check in e' disponibile, nel caso desideriate farne uso o non fossimo a casa in quel momento, "E' STRETTAMENTE NECESSARIO, inviare foto dei documenti (carta d'identita' o patente , fronte e retro , o passaporto per ricevere il codice del tastierino del cancello , altrimenti non saremo in grado di fornirvelo).
IMPORTANTE 2: Purtroppo dopo alcuni episodi di ritardo nel checkout si sono creati problemi organizzativi per la struttura. Vi chiediamo di lasciare l'appartamento entro e non oltre le ore 9:30, in quanto il servizio di pulizie inizierà in ogni caso a pulire casa.
Purtroppo il servizio di pulizie è solo disponibile dalle ore 10:00 alle 12:00.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s house. The house is 9 minutes from FCO airport and has alll of the amenities that you would need. This is a very clean 3 bedroom home. Fenced and secure with ample parking out front. Restaurants close by. And David is the most gracious and caring host and is extremely helpful. We had flight delays and he helped us out of a few jams and put our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend David’s home.

It was perfect. Comfortable, clean, secure and relaxing. It's a ground floor location easy with luggage.

Make sure to use local taxi, and not Uber, since the apartment is less than 10 minutes from the airport and Uber drivers frequently did not accept the ride.

Lovely home very close to airport. Very private and secure property close to restaurants. Wifi worked well. Beds were firm but comfortable . Thank goodness for the A/C as it was very hot out. Kitchen with basic amenities. Percolator coffee pot. David the host is excellent. His parents checked us in and were just lovely. David arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport and always responded quickly to any questions.

We stayed at David’s place after a trip to Amalfi Coast. We had 1 night before a morning flight and didn’t want the hassle of getting out to the airport that early.
David was fantastic with communication and setting up a taxi for morning pickup.

My family spent two nights in this great spot. Our host was super accommodating helping us navigate Rome and the airport. David was awesome greeting us when we arrived and helping to arrange needed transportation. The apartment was clean and we had plenty of space for our family of five. It also came with a great outdoor space that we used to enjoy the weather. Our only wish was we were able to spend more time at the place. Highly recommend and if we ever find ourselves back in Rome we know where we plan on staying.

We travelled through FCO to fly home with our daughter (18) & son (21) plus their Grandma.
From the start, David was extremely friendly, responsive & helpful. He graciously added Grandma to the booking after we’d already confirmed our numbers and made sure he had enough beds ready for everyone.
David’s place is very close to FCO (+/-10 mins) but the taxi lineup was hours long. David very patiently took the time to help us organize a taxi to his home, for which we were very grateful after a very long and tiring day of travel.
David’s place was such a welcome sanctuary to arrive to. A peaceful garden with hammock seats and outdoor eating area (with lights!) welcomes you and the suite is outfitted with everything anyone could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchen and table for 6, 2 (!) full bathrooms, a washing machine, and 3 bedrooms! Also a sofa bed in the living area, so we had one bedroom with a queen bed, two with single beds + the queen sized sofa bed…. Perfect for our stay!
Every part of the suite & garden are charmingly decorated, making for a very cozy and homey stay. You can tell the care and love David & his family put into hosting people in their home.
There are several stores & restaurants close by for food and drink. We didn’t have the chance to explore further.
Sadly, as with most guests it seems, we only booked for 1 night to be near FCO, but regretted not staying longer to truly relax & enjoy.

We stayed in David’s apartment bc it was so close to the airport for a morning flight we had the next day. The apartment was super clean and had this beautiful courtyard. David was always very responsive to questions and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Highly recommend David’s apartment!! Grazie David!

The owner, David, is extremely helpful and pleasant, and was happy to arrange a cab to the airport for us and answer any questions we might have had. The place is kept wonderfully clean, and is very modern and up-to-date. The decor is wonderfully eclectic and very welcoming. The layout is a little bit unusual, with the two bathrooms side-by-side and separated from the bedrooms by the living area, but that is just a wrinkle. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would heartily recommend.

If you need somewhere to stay near the airport, this property is great! We rented this property from David for a 1 night stay. We had an early flight out of FCO and had to be at the airport at approx 4 AM. Not only was the property near the airport, but it was very comfortable and the AC actually worked! We actually woke up cold in the night for the first time on our trip! David was an amazing host and even helped us schedule a taxi pickup for 4 am to get us to the airport on time. I wish we could have had more time there to relax and enjoy his patio area!

We stayed here for a night after our cruise. Host, David, was fantastic and very accommodating for us. Apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and as advertised. AC worked great. We had such a great stay at David’s property. He was kind enough to open up his rental while out of town and put us in touch with his family who lives next-door to take care of checking us in and making sure we were comfortable and situated. His parents were absolutely fabulous And both my dad my sister and I all fell in love with them. David’s mom even went as far as to walk us down the street to show us the best coffee shop and pizza place in the area. Talk about Italian hospitality!
The rental was equipped with more than we had expected. Fresh bottles of water for us in the fridge, great bedding and towels, and everything was super clean. Of course we had wanted to stay at this location as it was so close to airport for our international flight the next day, but wanted a beautiful backyard to enjoy during the day at the end of a two-week trip when we knew we would be exhausted. We fully enjoyed the backyard in the loungers and enjoyed the beautiful string lights in the evening in the backyard before the mosquitoes came out.
Our family all said, make sure to leave a great review for this place. David was very good about communicating with me ahead of time and like I said, was kind enough to open up his home to us even when he be blocked off the time frame for his personal holiday.

We should have stayed longer at David’s house. Perfect location with walk-in distance to breakfast options and many dinner choices. His house is beautiful, AC was appreciated (there were 106 degrees that day), everything was very clean and the appartement was equipped with everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden also. David did above and beyond to accommodate us and responded very fast to all of our requests. Would highly recommend his place. Very close to the airport as well.

Lovely property and walkable neighborhood with good restaurants. David is a gracious and responsive host! We flew in a day before our cruise departure and enjoyed quiet location for rest and conversation. Airport is nearby so taxi connection was easy and we were only an hour from our cruise port. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed. It's a very nice, large space with a beautiful courtyard. We parked right outside the door. David was very responsive to our emails. Because my daughter wasn't feeling well when we reached Fiumicino, I reached out to ask about an early check in. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Within a half-hour, he met us at the apartment, showed us the space, and let us in 2.5 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. He also asked us not to hesitate to reach out, if we needed anything.

The apartment is gorgeous, elegant, spacious, quiet, and clean, including a wonderful patio. David is by far the most generous, kind, warm and caring host we've encountered. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, guiding us to a delicious restaurant, helping us get there (thanks for that ride!) and arranging our taxi to the airport. This place is beautifully set, full of serenity inside out its very welcoming. unique with all updated amenities. Hidden Jewel few min from FCO airport. down the streets like 5min or so a lot of restaurants, fresh fruit stands and supermarkets. easy access to Rome for connecting points with the train and metro. haha we paid Euro 1.50 each from Rome to our Vrbo .David and his family are very wonderful people, you can't say enough about them so gracious caring they immediately make you feel at home and very welcoming, The Vrbo has separate entry way and separate from the main house, David's brother Raffaele is ever ready to help you navigate the area book a taxi or show you the bus stop and of course the house has the pamphlets/ direction on how you can manage yourself. Very safe area and place .I definitely recommend this hidden jewel

This fantastic apartment is about a 7-minute drive to FCO airport. David arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 06:30; the taxi arrived on time. The apartment has great air-conditioning and WiFi, very clean, well designed, has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. David is a great host overall; his English is very good (my Italian is not) and he is quick to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a little gem. The property was very clean, nicely equipped, everything you need for a stay. The patio with the outdoor kitchen and front yard made it a delight to sit outdoors in the evening. David and his family were exceptional, right from communicating before, and during the booking, and the welcoming check in to checkout. We were 3 couples staying overnight for an early flight out of Rome the next day. It was a fantastic stay. The house was clean, modern, very beautiful. We all loved it, and our stay was wonderful. The garden in back was delightful, and the property owners were so kind and helpful. There is a beautiful area along the river with many excellent restaurants for dining (take a right outside the gates and another right to access the area with a short walk). There are local markets within a short walk for groceries. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely stay again if we were in the area.

We wanted a place to stay near FCO airport and were surprised to find this hidden gem. Very nice house and friendly service. We loved it.
