The view from the chalet it’s amazing, we did a hike trail to Monkey beach in 1.5 hrs and the beaches also are amazing for snorkeling and swim!

The staff could be more gently and proactive to privide help with minor problems from the guests!!

Perfect spot to relax. Proximity to the water.

Calm area at the end of the village, friendly and helpful staff, also provided activities. Small chalet with a good fan, wasn't too warm.

A lot of ants in the room, normal in an island. :)

Very good location at the far end of the beach which one can do snorkling.Cold clean mountain water from the stream passes thru just next to our chalet.Friendly staffs n the best nasi goreng kampung.

The location was perfect, the snorkeling trip that is offered is reasonably priced and very much worth it! Just be sure to wear sunscreen or you'll regret it! A special thanks to Azmina who helped us a lot with advice and the extra services provided to help celebrate my girlfriends b-day!!

The location is good, the room is clean. The food is awesome!

However, it is not air-conditioned.

The owners of this property were lovely people and the chef was the best on the island. everything we ate was great. The chalets were on a lovely bit of the bay. The Chalets were great and had everything you need and more with a hot shower, balcony and a fabulous fan for those warm nights. The property provided tea and coffee in the rooms which was great in the mornings on your balcony. Couldnt recommend enough.

The staff here are amazing! They are very very helpful with all my inquiries and requests, they speak perfect english there was no issue in communication, and though I'm traveling alone they make me feel like coming home everyday, with the friendly smiles and greetings. The room was very quiet and clean, the location was at the end of the kampung so you get the entire beach with beautiful view. Thank you Mina and everyone at ABC restaurant & chalet!

Nothing really, it's right by the beach and just the nature of the island there could be ants and small bugs inside the room, but no mosquitoes or anything that could disturb your stay.

Quiet location. Close to the sea.

Booked for my uncle. He had severe food poisoning from eating at the hotel first day aftet arrival. The chalets are old and needs renovation. Hotel is very basic and looks poor. Sewage goes to the sea. If you want to swim you have to walk far to another beach, because the beach is not good for swimming and sunbathing. The chalets are far from Tekek 1 hour walk. The motorbike taxi cost 50 Rm or 10 euros. The staff is not very friendly and seems they do not enjoy working there. At least we felt that. But we are thankful for helping sending our luggage back to KL after my uncle was transferred to hospital due to food poisoning.

The family are lovely and were very helpful, even collecting our bags from the jetty and dropping us to the road for a taxi to airport. Fantastic English. If staying on Tioman, you must stay in Air Batang and this place offers rustic shacks only a few feet from the beach. Bike rental right beside. Food with a wonderful view listening to the ocean. Cook always so smiley. At the edge of village, very chill and peaceful with plenty of other food options nearby if wanting a change of scenery. Bamboo hills accommodation (not on bookings.com) right beside this one (over bridge, at stream) offers 1.5L water bottle refill with UV filtered stream water for 1MR (please use and help to reduce plastic use on this lovely island). Monkeys wandering some mornings we were there, and monitor lizard right in front of Hut.

I only mention incase someone is scared/allergic, but there are many cats here and around this area. Also, the mornings can be noisy depending on whose up (including your neighbours) and how quiet they are as noise travels (and there are mopeds) but it gets you up and out to enjoy.

A simple wooden chalet but clean, although no cleaning was done in 4 nights. They offer snorkelling trips and the sea is very clear. Food is available between certain hours, it's good and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English

Great location in ABC, restoraunt on site with plenty of vegetarian options and tasty food.

I had to upgrade to aircon room, because the standard room does not have aircon. But the upgraded room was quite nice. Worth of value.

The standard room was not as it looks in the picture, and does not have Aircon also. I upgraded to Aircon room. That room was quite nice.
